He even took me back to my car so my pants wouldn't wear the color off. It's 10 hours later, I just washed off and am a beautiful, even, very natural tan. As a first time customer, she didn't explain any of the tanning options, prices, or lotions--I had to drag every bit of information out of her by asking multiple questions. It felt like I was bothering her just by being there. For a place where you're trying something on your skin and body, you really want staff who are informed, friendly, and willing to guide you. Instead I left feeling uncomfortable and unsure if I even chose the right lotion and tanning time. I won't be coming back and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone looking for good customer service.

I could smell the glue and I thought that was strange because I have never smelled it before. After 15 min of laying there she said I was done with a full set. My full sets have always taken over an hour. I sat up and looked in the mirror was immediately horrified. She used all fans on my eyes and glued some to my skin!! The lashes used are not quality at all. They feel like plastic and look like they came from Temu. so now I'm having to contact my lash person and beg her to work me in today to take these atrocities off my face and put new ones on. Also to mention this place was disgustingly dirty.

My daughter recommended this salon as she is a new customer and so glad she did. The owner Jodi, is very personable and conversational. They have the best display of lotions that I have seen at any salon ((even the one that had me as a customer for 6 years) They have reasonable packages that never expire or you can buy by the month. I was shown how to use machine . Tbe decor is very glitzy and very clean. My only suggestion would be to use a fragrance free soap or fragrance free softeners. I put the towel over my face when I tan and it was very strong perfume smell. Im.glad the towels are clean smelling but for someone sensitive to fragrances could find it uncomfortable they use the towel for that purpose. The first thing that made me feel like hag was the right place was David's actual knowledge about tanning and how to achieve the color you are looking for either in a bed, a spray and with the right lotions. I'm naturally fair and a tan helps me not burn in the bright and beautiful Florida sunshine and maintain a healthy glow. It's more than tanning here. There's red light therapy which is an FDA approved skincare to reduce fine lines and whatnot. There's some others but I'm there for the multiple levels of tanning bed. David helps you know which level bed to go into every day or every other day or every several days to get tan not red. He knows what lotion to use to get the color you want, and dependent on the level or time and patience you have to apply it before getting into the tanning bed. If you're going to tan you should be tanning here. This is the first time I haven't had to tan 5 times a week every week to be the shade I want to be.

First off do not expect the quality of fitness facilities like LA Fit, they took over from Around…read morethe Clock Fitness and haven't remodeled really or updated any machines. They do have more amenities I believe than the big box fitness facilities but they just lack sense of emergency for the upkeep of them (example being their Sauna hasn't been working since July). Instead of the weight plates being scattered throughout the facility I wish they were assigned areas that were centrally located so I don't have waste my time walking around the whole facility for them. They have signs posted everywhere to rerack weights, you would think team members would enforce it. The positives are minimal, I do enjoy the 24/7 aspect of it, but for the negative reasons I tend to go elsewhere. It's arguably the cheapest monthly payment you could make for a membership. Most of my friends who I lift with definitely agree with the points I've made which I guess is a plus and minus (plus being cheap as heck and them being to handle multiple gym memberships and a minus that they haven't committed solely to Amped ) I can only base my customer experience/team experience from the first time being there when they are staffed. They do seem friendly and not personal trainer pushers. All in all I give this location of Amped Fitness a solid 7/10, when I'm unable to go to my primary gym facility Amped has most of the stuff I need to get my workouts in.
