They made sure I was comfortable and communicated well through the process. It was a bit more movement than I've experienced for a massage before but found it really quite enjoyable. Aura Photography Reading - Lex was kind and listened to what I had to say and used both that information and my photo to dive in deeper to my life. Obviously it's all a little "woo woo" but there are certainly learnings that can be taken from it. I love card readings because they help me critically think about things. She was great and I would love to come back and see if and how my reading changes in 6 months - 1 year. She seemed very knowledgable. Infrared Sauna - This was the part I wasn't very excited about but it was super pleasant. There are different options that change the temperature and the run time of the sauna. My cycle was for "pain relief" which I found to be hot but not to the sweating point. Included was a CBD gummy as well as a glass of kombucha. When you walk in you see her display of makeup products and some little water bottles. It's a super cute place! Before we started, she had me fill out paperwork about any medical history, my skin care routine, and what I would like to achieve with the service. I've never done dermaplaning, but Elena walked me through each step and made me feel comfortable. First, she cleanses your skin. Then she goes through with the Dermaplaning which is scalping off the top layer of dead skin to help regenerate a new layer. You can't make sudden movements since she is using a scalpel, but I found it relaxing! Elena has so much knowledge about skin and told me I have very dry skin. She talked about what products would be helpful in aiding my dry skin and gave me a huge reminder to use sunscreen. Will be adding that and the hyaluronic acid serum to my skincare routine. After that she cleanses my face again and put a hot towel over my face to help open up the pores. She used a machine (I forgot what it's called), but it looks like a spatula and vibrates to help push out black heads and other gunk in my face. She even pushed out a stubborn blackhead for me after and popped a little zit I had near my forehead. This part hurt the worst! She also did a little peel treatment for me. I just couldn't remember if it was before or after the blackheads part. She then cleanses my face again, put a sample of the hyaluronic acid and moisturizes my face. I am not going to lie my face was a little red and I had red scraped spots from where she pulled out blackheads and my face was not looking pretty!!! Luckily you can wear makeup and go about your normal routine 30 min-an hour after the treatment. Later that night my skin peeled a little bit by my chin which was fine! Nothing too crazy. She even gave me a couple samples to take home. This is the second day after my treatment and I must say, any acne scars and red spots have faded a lot just from treatment! My skin looks more clear from the previous discoloration I've had. Thank you so much Elena and I will most definitely be back.

My massage was less than 80 minutes and my add ons were incorporated into my less than 80 minutes. My "deep tissue" massage was more of a Swedish medium tissue massage - I still had tension in my right calf (I get Charlie horses here sometimes and it flares as I work long ER shifts) and my back could have been worked out more. The massage itself was not worth the mark up and there are other spas that have better pressure & a significantly cheaper price.
