They also started to discolor to an awful orange color (they were originally pastel pink). I called to see what could be done, and I was told by Cara that she was surprised they even lasted this long. That I probably did something to make them come off, like dye my hair, or wash my hands in hot water. This place was terrible and I will never go back. Don't waste your money..

As Jeannie is the only one working, the spa is not a good option for groups. Numbing cream was applied beforehand and made the procedure more comfortable. Pain tolerance is different for everyone, but I did not find the procedure that bad. If you have a very low pain tolerance, you should consult with Jeannie what are your options such as applying numbing cream before showing up to an appointment. Service was professional and friendly. The procedure was called "Skin Classic." The procedure reminded me of thermocoagulation. Prices for the spa services was reasonable. I was out in 45 minutes and continued my day.

Massage bed is heated and they don't uncover your whole body but parts by parts to massage so you are warm and covered the whole time ( letting the shy people know that ) . They have cool range of products to pick from and also they would suggest if that suits your skin type. Booked RMT- unable to book online but was able to book via email with response promptly. RMT is only through one therapist which is only on Tuesdays... bummer, I hope there will be more options later since places like Spautopia has many RMTs so it's easy to have a spa date. Lounge is beautiful- so bright ... only wish there was an option for it to be dimmer for a more relaxing... nap inducing experience. There's some snacks and water/tea availab Massage was lovely. About ten minutes before my massage time, I got ready and was served some amazing ginger tea before being led to the massage room. Yuko was fantastic. There are a few individual massage rooms, and even a couple room. The room was again very relaxing and well equipped with its own washroom, shower, robe, etc. The sangre de fruta products were so great and the oil and body butter used made my skin so soft! The masseuse handed me a pair of disposable panties (nice touch) and left me to get settled in for my exfoliation treatment. The linens on the massage table were soft and smelled wonderful. It's amazing how little touches like this really make the experience that much better. The treatment started and within about 2 minutes, I was in heaven. The sea-salt scrub they use is fantastic. The girl who was doing my treatments (Miho) was incredible. She used just the right amount of pressure and I couldn't have been in better hands. After the exfoliation, she instructed me to don the robe & slippers and head to the shower. My next treatment was a 30-min massage (I upgraded to 60 min for an additional $30) and then I had a facial and paraffin hand treatment. This girl really knew what she was doing! I've had RMT treatments that were nowhere near as good as this one. Perfect pressure, glorious orange-scented oil and pure bliss & relaxation. Wow. I can't say enough about this girl. The paraffin wax was almost too hot, but you get used to it once it hardens up around your hands. The facial left my face feeling so incredibly smooth and silky. I left that room feeling like a million bucks! The ONLY reason I'm not giving it 5-stars is due to the somewhat archaic front desk situation. They don't have any brochures describing their services and pricing - the girl just had prices written on a piece of paper to show me. They do have a package deal, where if you buy a certain number of massages, you get one free. Not a bad deal at all. I'm a little too stingy with my 5-star ratings, because when I do find a place that really blows me away, that's where I give out 5 stars. I normally do both a full body exfoliation and a facial after. The staff are super sweet, attentive and careful with everything they do. Sometimes they have a bit of trouble with speaking English but it's never been a problem. They are very thorough with the extraction part of the facial which I think is the most important part! They also do head and should massage during the facial. I've also tried the mud wrap which is cool. They have showers there so after my wrap or exfoliation, you put on the slippers and they walk you over to the room where the water is already running and warm, and towels and a robe is ready for you. Super nice! I also tried the acupuncture here which I recommend if you want to use your health insurance benefits for acupuncture but not into the traditional acupuncture treatment because she starts off with a massage and afterwards she targets all the needles into all the tight knots she finds. I've never had this before! My back and shoulders felt sooo much better after. Location, price and service are great. And I love how they have a ton of variety in the services they offer.

When I texted them they said I should've called instead (the website says text only and btw their Google mailbox is also not working, as I was trying to email them before and my messages were returned). They said they didn't see my last message and hadn't booked me, and the address was updated on the website. However, when I sent them a screenshot of how the website looked at the moment and that it said "text only" (I'm uploading it here as well), the person said: "Oh, I weird it reverted back I'll talk to the programmer". And then they said I was angry. I was just surprised in a bad way and very confused as nothing like that ever happened to me. Just really weird, maybe it's Mercury retrograde or smth hahaha I myself should've confirmed with them the day before as I haven't received an answer to my last message where I said that the time slot they offered to me works. They apologised though, that's why I would still give them 3 stars. Anyways after that I just went to get some coffee at a nice coffee place nearby, as I had an hour of free time.
