It also carries sides of onion rings, chips, fries, sodas and water. I tried a Garden Burger which was comprised of a 1/3rd pound seasoned beef patty, pickles, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. It was OK, but nothing special. After all, it is food from a food truck, so expectations should be limited. The good thing about it is that there is a decent patio like seating area eating along with a covered section which is really great in the event of rain. If this were a restaurant I'd go two star on the food, but it's not. It's a food truck. So for food truck food it's an OK Yelp three star.

They did a great job arriving on time and setting up. I ordered shrimp tacos that came with a few chips. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The portion size is on the smaller side and I would recommend getting a couple of things. The employees were great with preparing and giving food orders in a timely manner. More than 100 employees ordered food from them while they came to my work. Everyone liked the different types of tacos and other menu items they had. It was a…read morebeautiful evening with great food truck vendors...everything from French Crepes at "What The French" to down-home bbq at "Legends". The earlier you get there the less crowd you face at some of the more popular food trucks. There was also a free movie planned (Despicable Me, I believe) and music playing. People were out with their chairs and blankets. Families, couples, groups of friends...it was a great community and food event! Thanks to Commissioner Lisa Davis and all the Miami Garden officials and services that made this event happen. I can't wait for the next one!!!

With various toppings such as mojito (garlic, olive oil, cilantro and lime), bacon, pulled pork, aioli, taco (ground beef, chipotle mayo and cheese), disco (mozz and gravy)... you get the idea. There are about 6-8 varieties, which changes once in a while. I was undecided between the poutine and the mojito, and when I asked the owner, Manny, he was kind enough to do a split for me, so I get to try both. The fries are good, with a good crunchiness on the outside, and the inside isn't mushy. Mojito is certainly interesting with good acidity, poutine is okay, I like my curd squeakier. I was glad I got a half-and-half because if I were to eat the whole thing of one flavor, it would be too salty or too acidic. If I had some food, or beer to go with it it would be perfect, but then they don't sell beer at Young Circle.
