I confirmed with everyone who ate there that they were also sick, went through everything it could have been, etc. I called the health dept. and told them about this, however, hesitated about posting on Yelp - hey, its a food truck, in Miami, and serving pork. What was I really expecting? However, after one of our friends called the owner to let him know that 5 patrons were ill from eating his food, he became aggressive and defensive. He never once apologized, never offered any explanation and started screaming at her saying people were writing bad reviews online and costing him contracts. She had not posted a review at that point and just wanted some information from him. So, now I have no qualms talking about what AWFUL FOOD and service this food truck provided. I will NEVER EAT here again, or at the related restaurant. Incubation time before symptoms showed up for me was about 24 hours, I've had fever, chills, aches, stiff neck and all the horrible things that come along with serious food poisoning (going on 3 days now).
