I went there a few days ago to do a bottle redemption; I had a bag full of 7 bottles, but only one bottle was accepted. The rest were rejected. And all the bottles I tried putting in the machines were brands carried by Wegmans (Brisk, Vitamin Water, Snapple, etc), plus they had 5¢ deposits marked on them. I tried feeding them into the machines, but I kept repeatedly getting error messages from the machines. Customer service did squat for me except give me 5¢ for the one bottle that was accepted. Come here for groceries, but go elsewhere for bottle redemption.

In store sub line still sucks and it's still slow, but if you pre-order on the app for pickup it's great 80% of the time now. We always get the Boston cream and the fry donuts. Pretty cheap, I'm so use to paying over priced for anything because I'm from Charleston but the prices are pretty good and they are delicious. The deli case which holds open product has never been cleaned and has mold growing in random locations. The counter with the slicers is peeling and is now held down with duct tape. The deli case for the subs does not get cleaned and is constantly freezing and thawing. No associate within the deli washes there hands before/during or after handling raw chicken/hamburger. Or even at the start or during there shift. The cheese case (on the sales floor) many of the product is expired by a few months to weeks to days. Along with some product the expiration date is crossed off. (Go check for your self). I know this was I used to be an associate until I walked out.
