An avocado binds it together but otherwise this dish was a little hard to eat. If you're socializing at a food truck rodeo and you're just wanting something quick, heavy, immediately flavorful, then this place is the place to go. Unfortunately, if I was sitting down and wanting to enjoy the flavors more and appreciate each ingredient, then this wouldn't be my pick. Despite using healthier ingredients, still a heavy plate with flavors that could use some maturing. For 13-15$ a bowl, this wasn't quite worth the money.
