The work done on the house was on time thorough and way more than other competitors were willing to do to remediate the mold. I called four other competitors to get an idea of what they would do and how they would do it. Mold neutralizers far surpassed what others were willing to do. Most were willing to treat the area. Mold neutralizers understood that my mold issue had been going on for years. And my whole house needed to be remediated. They were the only ones that were going to treat my ducks and the rest of my house not just the areas that were infected. They not only cleaned my ducks they cleaned my dryer vent as a courtesy. Which was amazing because I didn't even know my vent wasn't hooked up properly. That was an added bonus. Their company was the only one that was going to bomb my whole house and then ozone to make sure all the mold spores in my house were dead. Lee is very knowledgeable about mold and what it takes to get rid of it. We had a remediation company come in and they sprayed a generic spray in the mold and said they killed it all. I found out later there was still mold in the original spot. Since my daughter has mold illness, it was VERY important to get it also it wouldn't continue to make her sicker. Lee was fantastic, but unfortunately this company does not work with families who have a budget. Our home was thoroughly tested, and while different types of mold were detected at levels that weren't as concerning to us, they did detect black mold (the worst) in our bathroom. They gave us a huge breakdown of what each area would cost to remove mold. (Which totaled $6049) We asked to only have the black mold removed from our bathroom because that was the biggest concern and the biggest health risk to our kids and is about all we could afford ($300). We were told " our company does complete treatment only, not bits and pieces of the house. It's our company policy." So if you don't have thousands of dollars, don't rely on this company to help you. Sad sad sad. What was the point of breaking down the estimate into different prices/sections of the house if it's all or nothing? **In response to Lee's response below: The estimate was one year old almost to the day. Not two years old. When I spoke to Lee on the phone we both acknowledged the date of the original estimate. At that time, Lee could have said "we need to retest because of the lapsed time." Or he could have told me that he couldn't honor the estimate on the spot, being the owner of the company. Instead he said the office would get back to me to set something up. Only for the office to tell me they couldn't help me unless they treated the entire house for 6k per their company policy. Never once did they mention the estimate date until Lee's (inaccurate) response to my original review above. We hired Lee and his team for mold inspection when we were considering buying a house. We contacted Lee when we were on day 3 of our 10-day inspection period. Despite his busy schedule, Lee squeezed time to come by the house. Professional and patient, Lee answered all my questions with expert knowledge regarding the test results and the proposed remediation plan. The house we were trying to buy doesn't have mold to an alarming level, but I was determined to rid of them for my family's health. This review is LONG overdue... I am severely allergic to mold and relocated to Arizona because of all the health issues I was having back East. I needed to be in a dry climate. Low and behold I immediately started "reacting" in my new home. I found some mold on the ceiling corners of my closet where the roof had been leaking and the previous owner never repaired it. I was frantic trying to find the best company to use in the event that I needed a remediation. I read all the reviews on every Mold Repair Company. I decided to call Mold Neutralizers because the owner of the company started the business after he and his wife had health complications from mold. I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am to have found Lee. For starters he explained the entire process which starts with an INTENSE inspection of the home and samplings (air and mold). Samples are sent to the lab. A couple of days later he will contact you with the results. We needed a remediation because I also had it in my HVAC unit which is the WORSE possible place you can have it! We had to leave our home for 3 days. While a full remediation was happening. The mold on the sheetrock was cut out in a clean and precise way. Upon arrival my husband and I immediately noticed the difference in the air quality. I couldn't be happier with the results!!! I explained to Lee that we would be doing some demo work to the bathroom. He mentioned when we do it if we see mold to call him... The shower demo was done and there is some mold on the wood which was behind the tile shower wall. We had toxic mold and black mold in a few areas of our home. Lee and his team were great to work with! We went through the remediation process in February and everyone in our family has seen health improvements. My two school aged sons and I had developed "allergies" that are now gone! My toddler daughter was having random fevers and frequent runny noses and she hasn't had either since we moved back into our home (we had to leave for 3 days). Jinky worked with our schedule and helped to guide me through the process and answer all my questions. Due to the cost my husband and I questioned getting this done, but after research and having a good friend and her husbands health improve after getting their mold removed we decided to move forward (they had worse symptoms then us - constant fatigue, brain fog, and others; her husband who is a very hard worker struggled to get out of bed, walk up and down stairs, and to get to their kids sporting events). We had tissue boxes in each of our bedrooms as we were constantly blowing our noses and coughing up phlegm and is it so relieving to no longer be dealing with that. Lee told me one of the types of mold we had in our house caused respiratory symptoms so I am so grateful we invested in our health before our symptoms got worse. Another thing I really like about Mold Neutralizers is they treat the whole house. Lee did a thorough inspection and found mold we didnt know about (not just the two areas we thought we may have it). Other companies charged per sample, but their rate is a flat fee and he samples every area of concern we had or that he found AND does a sample of the outside air to have a comparison as some mold naturally occurs in our environment. Some companies just treat certain areas, but I agree with mold neutralizers way to treat everything because if you treat one area, but there is still mold present, you can still get sick from the untreated areas. We hired mold neutralizers based on an air test for a home to purchase and there "findings". Come to find out they did a subpar job, which we have in writing from them and they lied about work done. Showing us photos of duct work and hvac system all cleaned but we found out those were not even our ducts or hvac system. They admitted they lied about it. They never tested the home for asbestos before starting the job and we found out after we had that in our home. They also left so Much mold in our home after paying them 7800.00. We had to hire another company after the trust was broken and needed to have the entire kitchen, master bath and guest bath gutted, along with garage, laundry room etc. They are black mailers and said they will only pay us back if we don't review them. We've waited for pay back and have received nothing except for nonsense and lies. They are not licensed bonded or insured. They hide behind some so called "owners". Unfortunately, I have to give a one star review. MN was helpful in completing thorough mold testing and sampling of a home we bought. Lee was helpful in explaining the process and what we would be paying for. The documentation of the types of mold found was in depth. However, when I tried to submit their bid for warranty coverage, the company became incredibly difficult to work with and uncommunicative. It took 3 months of calls and emails from both me and the warranty company to MN before Lee told me (only because I reached out) they decided to withdraw their bid and would no longer provide the needed information, which was simply the expected cost of cleaning material for a portion of the job. Really dumbfounded that this company could be rated so high when Lee is an alarmist and overbids the work, and then is not willing to help customers with simple administrative questions. DO NOT USE MOLD NEUTRALIZERS. They will waste your time and you will not be able to pay them because they will not help you get the information you need for your home insurance claims!!! read more

Mold Neutralizers is very professional, ethical and full of integrity! They care about you as a person not the bottom line! I had our rental home tested just one room from another company which the results were overwhelming. The toxicity level was very high! I did this because I had progressively become very sick over the 3 years and suspected it could be due to mold! However, the company that came out was not professional and very irresponsible about returning calls etc. so after forwarding on the test results to our landlord I was relieved she found a good company. Mold lives on everything so once the spores are released into the air it will continue to live in the air handling system and throughout the home in the walls, it penetrates anything porous, clothes, beds, carpet, furniture! Mold Neutralizers remediated not only the areas affected, but the entire house had to be cleaned including the air handling system. It is not a cheap and an easy fix! If that is the direction you are headed, don't bother wasting your money! You will still have mold! Some company's out there do not understand the nature of mold. IT IS VERY DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH! I can attest to that with how sick I have become as a result of mold! I am so thankful that our wonderful landlord did the responsible thing and hired Mold Neutralizers.
