They were very on time, courteous and nice, and my house smelled fresh and clean after they were done because of the deodorizer. Do not use them!! Had them out a year ago, two weeks ago our dryer stopped working, lint and extreme condensation. Had appliance guy come out, dryer was fine he stated we had clog in the vent. We called them they denied not cleaning the vent properly (they never went outside, just inside) and said they would come back but would charge us for it. We called another company, they came out and the vent had so much moisture, water was actually falling from the outside vent when he tried to reach the clog. He stated this is ridiculous, Integrity obviously didn't do the cleaning correctly. He didn't even charge us because the vent needs at least a week or two to dry to reach the clogged lint. Called integrity to report what this company said. Again refused to stand by their work or even admit that their workers didn't complete the job correctly. do not use them they are untrustworthy, no integrity and create fire hazards with shoddy work!! read more
