It takes weeks before any doctor at this location can see you. You are better off going to urgent care. Second, there is a lock of communication between doctors, nurses, front and back office staff. No one knows whats going on. Yes, they are nice and all but it doesn't help patients. Third, make sure you call them before you come to your appointment, NO ONE is going call or text you if it is cancelled! Other than "I'm sorry", no explanation at all. It happened to me twice already. And lastly, check your bill! I was charged for follow up visit instead of my annual free check up and ended up paying for it. They would not adjust my charges. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

While on my way to the appointment, I received a text with an appointment reminder....for 4 hours later. And with a doctor that I have never even heard of. I tried to call while I was still in the car, to no avail. There never seems to be anyone at the office that can answer a phone call. So, when I arrived, I find that the office has switched floors. Have to go through the hassle of being temperature checked and find the office. All the while, still on the phone. When I finally reach the office, I was told that 1.) there's no record of me calling 2.) they have a call center, so they have no idea who talked to me 3.) all the doctors are in a meeting and so, no one was available to see me 4.) the schedule had been set for quite some time with no changes. 5.) my choices are to come back or cancel the appointment. That's it. So, here I sit, with my time having been wasted, still needing to see a doctor and I don't feel that anyone on the staff cares. I'm extremely unsatisfied with all of this.

I always go to Randolph location…read more First time (by an employee error) on this location. The place is small. Staff is rude. And it's fully crowd after 10 AM. My 2 stars are only for the staff and employees. One of the nurses tested my blood sugar level and pressure. Next day I have my hand & twist inflamed. Never ever again going back to this location. A while back I had to have a receptionist call to apologize to me because she thought she had the line on hold but I was able to hear everything she was saying and she was talking s*it about me. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because MOST of the actual doctors are nice, although there's been a couple of those that have been SEVERELY incompetent as well. If you want to have a pediatrician for your child that will be there and available to see your child for more than 2 visits then go elsewhere. Same for adults who like to stick to the same doctor for more than a couple appointments. Dr Rung and Dr Hayden (Anderson) are GREAT! That's the only positive feedback I can give.
