Ryan, also of professional demeanor, was out in short order to assess the situation and provide a fair quote. It did however, turn out to be a home-owner's insurance situation. The guys who actually rendered the situation "Like it never even happened" were John and Pedro! They were both here for a few days total as they discovered and photographed additional mold within the insulation beneath the plywood floor. I got to know them both well enough to see that they really enjoy what they do! Both men were very meticulous, friendly and courteous. They performed multiple and complete steps to kill all of the mold, remove it and clean all remaining stains. All in all, my experience was 100% pleasant and satisfactory. While maintaining that property they blew leaves into my yard, two seasons in a row, after I had cleared my yard of leaves. I've spoken to them but they have yet to offer a solution. They came back this year but before they started in the neighbor's backyard, which abuts mine, I presented them with a Cease and Desist Order explaining that what they've done in the past was unlawful. I'm a senior citizen. We'll see if it works. Update: Jose, came to my house. Said he'd give my letter to his boss. Meanwhile he offered to clean up any debris that they may have caused. Of course, I accepted his offer.

After I had hauled all of that unnecessary insulation out of my attic, the last thing I wanted was 51 trash bags decorating my North Attleboro yard all winter. From my initial contact, Obed was friendly and communicative, and he kept me posted as to the how and when. Even though I had offered to help out with the loading, Obed & co. ended up doing it themselves, because they had an opening on the early side of their ETA and showed up while I was still making ZZZs (I'm not what you'd call an early riser). The guys made short work of the mountain of bags, even though the snow and rain had added some lbs. They got all the bags in one truckload, and without risking the tires, suspension, life and limb, or the car behind them on the highway. No problemo. The whole thing was very affordable, too. (Be Grateful could charge a lot more.) Obed & co. are true professionals, who get the job done right and make it look easy. I'd definitely hire Be Grateful Junk Removal again.
