My concern: I didn't see the doctor of the day of the surgery but was reassured that I would visit with her on the followup appointment. That followup was a hectic day for the clinic and I was unable to visit with her so I rescheduled. Alas, today no excuses at this second followup but the nurse was there to address my concerns which she did do a good job. It is frustrating to not directly visit with the doctor which I again requested should have happened on my pet's followup to the followup! So the rating is 5 stars for the surgery, 3 stars for followup!

Scarlett was rescued by Pooch'z B& B after her momma was no longer able to care for her. She was hugely over weight, paw allergy problems, and teeth needing major work and yet she was still given an amazing chance and home by Marge. She was blessed with 2 more years with them becoming so healthy and full of love and life. They even took Scarlett every other week to visit her momma in her Senior home and always kept up with pictures and notes to the family.
