I have boarded my dog and cat there when I had to go out of town. They sent pictures to me of them playing with my dog, when they took him out for some fresh air. My dog loves going there because they all treat him so good! I would definitely recommend them. Dr Rob and Dr Slade are caring and dedicated veterinarians, and I trust them completely to take care of my beloved pets. All of the staff there are dedicated to taking care of the animals with affection and compassion, and I appreciate each and every one of them!

The entire staff was incredibly kind, and the doctor didn't try to sell me on a bunch of additional treatments. I left paying an incredibly small amount for a rabies vaccine and a full exam. Fast forward a year and a my doggie had a dental emergency. I knew I didn't want to go anywhere else, so I waited for the morning and they got me in same day. I saw a different doctor who was equally amazing. We knew we needed to get his tooth out asap (very infected and swollen) so he was able to rearrange the schedule and get him in first thing the next morning. We ended up doing a full cleaning while he was out, and I told him to do x rays and other services to his discretion. He ended up not needing to, and was able to keep my bill to a minimum. I was SHOCKED that with all the services we received I was able to keep the bill under $1,000. (Eval, difficult extraction, anesthesia, cleaning, rabies booster, additional meds during procedure, etc.) It's a great feeling to know that your pet is in the hands of someone who is truly just trying to do what is best for them and not to inflate the bill. They dealt with my anxiety with ease and even my dog didn't seem to be on edge. 100% recommend taking your pet to this place.

My messages weren't answered promptly, and when they did they had excuses for not doing so, and there was no commitment to doing the service. Apparently they did not want to meet with me to discuss the service or show the property where the dogs would have been kept. When they told me they would get back to me in the last message between us, they never contacted me again. It would be much better if they were honest and let me know they did not want the job early on in the communications, rather than leading me on. As it was I had to scramble to find another dog boarding service before leaving on vacation. I'm not convinced they are even a real business after all the runaround. Don't waste your time with them. If I could give them a zero score I would.
