He was both knowledgeable and very kind. Julie handled all of the details afterwards and was so sweet. It was hard but they were wonderful and so understanding.We began taking our second dog, Lovie, to them and they are so great with her. Everyone is so friendly, the girls call her by name and treat her like she has been coming to them forever. When I walked in, there's nothing super glam or trendy to make you think "oooh this place is so chic." However, I couldn't help but feel warmth and comfort as we came in. It's a large open main room where the dogs in their spacious kennels can watch for their owners to come get them. My dog didn't have a heart attack when we entered and the owner was amazingly kind and gracious. Not only that, but they're one of the most affordable places in town for what they offer. When I picked my pup up, he was calmly waiting for me in his kennel, jumping up when he saw me come in, since he's not tucked away somewhere in the back. She let him out and he came trotting up, looking as handsome as can be with his new bath and cut. He wasn't a nervous wreck, he wasn't upset, and he doesn't mind going back. I will recommend them to everyone looking for a groomer. Their care is just the best!
