I have been to this store probably 5-8 times now over the course of several months and each time the staff has been very kind, helpful, and attentive. They've always offered to start me a fitting room, get another size etc. and seem happy to help. I love shopping here because they have super cute clothes but the kind service is what makes a difference. read more

Will not shop here again. My husband purchased a shirt for my birthday and paid $45. Worn once and directions did not specify hand wash and I washed on cold delicate and laid flat to dry. It shrunk so bad my daughter could not wear it. Went back to store to exchange or talk to manager and they were rude and would not exchange. Never been treated so rudely . Won't go back!!! read more

All the girls here are very nice, not fake nice like you find at some stores but genuinely kind and helpful. I really liked how the store had great outfit ideas and combinations for all their different pieces - super trendy stuff. I ended up buying everything I tried on... I would shop in store all the time if I lived closer, but online will have to do for now! read more

I'm just going to start this review off by simply saying that this store is AWFUL. Also, I dearly apologize for how lengthy this review is but I thought it was necessary to explain my awful encounter to the public. If I were able to rate this store with zero stars, I would in a heartbeat, but unfortunately, this only gives the option to put one or more. I've got a great story about why this store is so terrible, but let me just start out by saying that all of the clothing there is outrageously overpriced for what you're getting, and as cute as a PORTION of some of their clothes are (like maybe 20% of the clothes they sell), the material sucks, absolutely sucks. I mean, I have seriously had better from forever 21, which is garbage. I've spent over $500 at molly green and regret every penny. Three of my shirts from there have already got holes, and I bought some pants that ripped on the leg. Absolutely horrendous material. I've shopped there many of times and always noticed how crazy the employees are. They stare at you non stop with their beady little eyes and treat you like a criminal. They have RULES printed and posted on all of the mirrors in their dressing rooms. They treat their customers like trash. So, on this nice Wednesday afternoon after a long day, I want to go shopping and forget my troubles for a bit. I go into molly green (not too excited because I already know how awful the employees are, but still go because I wanted to find some new clothes for spring). I find two dresses, two shirts and two bralettes- one is denim blue, one is maroon/ red. The girls in the store constantly asking if I'd like to start a fitting room and "can I add that to your dressing room?!?!?". Nonstop bombarding me with questions, but I'm polite to them as always and say yeah sure! So, I'm ready to go to my dressing room- they have my name written on the mirror next to my door and the items I have set in my room. It says "shirts+ TWO BRALETTES". I go in, all the clothes are beautifully laid out and hung up waiting for me, and on the bench are my TWO bralettes. I try my stuff on and I decide on a few things. I decided I'd put the things I wanted on hold. One of my friends has also given me a call while I'm in the dressing room. So I get my stuff together and walk out and the psychos that work there rush over to me like "DID EVERYTHING WORK OUT OK?!? DO YOU NEED ANYTHING??" As I'm clearly on the phone and she's completely interrupting what I have to say, I say "yes can you put these on hold for me?".. And I give her the two things that I don't want- a blue dress and the blue bralette. She takes my things and asks for my name as I asked her to hold some things for me as she's sprinting back to the fitting room I was in as if I had set a bomb in there... As she's doing that I just walk out of the store because I was clearly on the phone. I go next door to Sephora, and come out, and three of the girls that work at molly green approach me out of nowhere, one who has a hanger and a tag in their hand. These girls continue to accuse me of shoplifting and stealing a certain BLACK SHEER bra, they say it's because there was a hanger behind the mirror and a tag on the floor. I thought it was a joke...they continuously bombard me with questions and I asked if they want to check my purse. she says yes! What kind of people do this? So of course, I show them the contents of my purse.. Nothing in there. They still tell me about the bra so I literally pull my shirt to the side and show them my bra strap, which was a purple bra.. (All while I was on the phone) and so they say oh okay and I walk away astonished. This caught the attention of several people who stared in awe, these employees not only made me seem like a shoplifter and attempted to embarrass me in public, but also had no proof of any shoplifting in the first place. This was far out of conduct as I would know from working in two retail stores in my life, I am aware that if you are suspicious of someone shoplifting you are to let the manager of the store know and they will handle it. Not one of these women addressed themselves as the manager.. As far as I know this is kind of illegal. I will never be shopping there again. I called shortly after, requesting for them to take my items off hold and gave them a piece of my mind, and they had no explanation for the situation other than "we have a lot of theft". Every single store has theft, that does not mean you break conduct and treat everyone like a criminal. How about they invest in an EAS system with security tags and sensors if theft is such a problem. Do not shop at Molly green unless you like being treated like a criminal and accused by three people in public of shoplifting. Again, sorry for the lengthy review, but I'm sure not that many people have read this in the first place since this is not a popular store, which it shouldn't be for these exact reasons. I came in here for the first time several weeks ago while perusing the mall. I went into the fitting room to try on a swim suit and a romper. The clothes did not fit the way I was expecting so I put them back and continued shopping throughout the mall. As I was leaving Earthbound (which is on the other side of the mall) two employees from Molly Green came up to me and asked to search my bag because there was a tag on the floor in the fitting room I was in. Although I'm pretty sure this is illegal I said they could search my bag. When they only found my wallet, phone, and keys they gave my bag back and quickly walked away. I did not like this behavior because it made me feel like a criminal and was also embarrassing considering it was in a public place. Not only did this happen but while was trying to figure out how the fitting room system worked I noticed two employees showing each other vines in the fitting room area instead of helping customers. I had an awful experience and definitely think Molly Green should hire employees who will do their job right instead of hiring employees who "dress cute". read more

I planned today was going to be a long day. I had several stores to go to desperately find some new clothes for work, and I'm really not good at shopping and pairs pieces together -- not a natural at all. Molly Green was my first stop. I started pulling some pieces I liked, and the girls were on it right away to free my hands and get me a dressing room started. Everyone had a smile, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. When I finally made it back there, a couple of the girls were in my dressing room. They were pairing the items I liked together to create looks (which I am seriously terrible at doing). Beaty was incredibly helpful and creative in helping me pull a couple extra accessories pieces, and other clothing pieces that really pulled the looks together. She also showed me how I could pairs pieces several ways to get multiple looks out of 1 piece! I have never had this type of service at any other boutique before, and I was immensely grateful for her expertise, because, like I said before, I'm really not good at this. I'm the type to get a ton of clothes, try them all on, not know what to do with them, and put most of it back leaving with an unsuccessful shopping experience and time wasted. Today was a major success for a much needed shopping trip, and I attribute it all to those girls; especially Beaty! They really helped their store get a great sale out of me -- I did NOT leave empty handed. A+ for customer service! read more
