I have had Molly Maids come for the past 90 days and always !! they do a fantastic job. It was so wonderful to have Kayli being the team leader. Usually Rylie comes but if their is substitute, Kayli makes sure they know what needs to be done and how it should be done. The cleaning is consistent and no shortcuts are taken. Every two weeks, my house is clean, smells wonderful and bathrooms and kitchen pass the white glove test. Appreciate the service so much. read more

The website was easy to use, someone called me as soon as I sent an email, and I had an appointment the day I asked for one. The cleaning is another story. For $340 3 people showed up and the only visible different is the bathroom, and the oven. The floors were not mopped, one room may have been vacuumed but spots were missed, and another room was skipped all together. We have been with Molly Maids for a little over a year and have not been disappointed. Dee and Sheila in the office are professional and organized. I get a call on Friday before the team arrives on Monday. Molly and Morgan (our assigned Team), arrive in the window of time given on Friday for Monday. They too are professional, as well as neat, conscientious, focused and hard working. The ladies get right to work and 'Get the job done.' I would recommend them. I booked through Sheila at Molly Maid from out of state for a friend who lives in the Flint area. Note- this was the only cleaning service that picked up the phone! Sheila was lovely, took the time to hear details about the cleaning, and even called me back to schedule the cleaning earlier than expected. My friend called me to tell me how good the cleaning was. My experience with Molly Maid of Genesee county was very disheartening: ~poor communication between franchisee and cleaning staff ~negative attitude from staff following constructive criticism after first visit ~very poor cleaning of hardwood floors ~completely overlooked an entire room on main floor (study) ~smudges left on walls in laundry room, poorly cleaned laundry floor/sink ~last minute cancelled appointment ~exhorbitant pricing ~poor follow-up by owner following last minute cancellation - owner seemed unconcerned with customer inconvenience My home is well maintained and clean. This should have been an easy clean. For the amount they charged, I expected a thorough deep cleaning. This was not the case. They rushed through the process each time, with obvious omissions and carelessness. Definitely not worth the $$$$$$$. I do NOT recommend this company. I had been warned of their inadequate cleaning and staffing issues, but I thought I would give them a chance. BIG MISTAKE !!! read more
