One of the things I value most when working with wedding vendors is timely communication, and Vanissa delivered on that completely. We texted back and forth to confirm details, and when I needed to adjust the timing, she was flexible and accommodating. What really impressed us was Vanissa's thoughtfulness and attention to detail. She even took the time to review our wedding website and designed the photo booth screen to match our theme perfectly. She also sent over a detailed PDF outlining all the design options for the booth, including print layout, fonts, and background choices, which made the process smooth and enjoyable. On the day of the wedding, Sebastian ran the booth and was incredibly attentive with our guests. He made sure everyone was ready before each shot and operated the booth seamlessly. One small but thoughtful gesture we really appreciated was how he would move the photo booth back to accommodate larger groups whenever needed. It was such a simple thing, but it showed that he was paying attention and wanted everyone to be included and comfortable. She was even able to use our invite to design the photo strip and it turned out so cute! The day of the event, Vanissa checked in with me in the morning to check the placement of the Photo Booth. She was extremely communicative, punctual, and overall just amazing! Junebug was great with our students and their props were such a great touch! We contacted Pop Picture Studios as a recommended vendor from our wedding coordinator. We looked at their website and their prices and equipment looked very affordable and great: photo booth quoted at $660 for 4 hours. After we contacted them and said our wedding is in San Francisco we were quoted: $1375 for 4 hours (more than double their price). When we asked why the quoted price was so different then advertised on their website, Anthony responded saying that there are things to consider like: "Risk of theft, travel distance and time, parking fees and parking logistics, building logistics, booth attendant count". I completely understand if there's additional travel and parking costs, we are happy to get an itemized quote for that service but there's no way that would amount to more than double their original cost for "local events". Overall I thought Anthony's response was unprofessional and his services are falsely advertised.

The booth was seriously one of the highlights of our reception and there was constantly a line of our guests trying to get in to the booth. Not only were they so nice and easy to work with, they completely handled the set-up, break down, attended to the booth, how to use it, and the guests needs. Also, because it's a mirror, it's easy to think you're centered in the frame, but you're actually off centered.
