Oh my goodness, love the new tile floors!! Wvaldo is the best and certainly knows what he's doing! Showed him my damaged pergo floor and since the flooring was discontinued (of course) he provided several options and quotes. After the shock of not being able to find the same flooring.. I decided to go with Wvaldos recommendations and that was porcelain tile. He provided the color, cost and even color of grout. Wow!! Look's so good! Even better than the original floors. If you're looking for any kind of tile or stone work, hire Wvaldo! Wvaldo did our fireplace, and we are in love with the outcome! From the first estimate to the finish of our fireplace, Wvaldo was respectful, professional, always right on time, and was very easy to work with. He was also very efficient with his time-- estimating 2 days of work and completing it in 2 days. We are both really big on customer service and Wvaldo definitely exceeded that expectation. As far as the fireplace, Wvaldo did an amazing job! He is very detailed-oriented. Everything is very symmetrical and the tile came out gorgeous with some really nice details! He made beading of tile along the inner and outer perimeter of the fireplace to give it a classier look, and the inner corners are cut perfectly and even on each side-- a few intricate details we weren't expecting but love! (See pictures). For the hearth, he cut and measured the tile perfectly so that it would fit snug around the crown molding of the fireplace, and again, still be symmetrical on both sides. We hired Wvaldo to demo our tile floor, existing laminate and carpet to install wood plank porcelain tiles throughout. He did a great job staging the project so we could still function in the house since the tile goes from the front door to the back door, in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, pantry and both living rooms. I was so pleased with Waldo's work the first go around I had to get him to do my kitchen floor and kitchen backsplash too. Undergoing a remodel is always very stressful, but my previous experience with momentum tile gave me peace of mind. I was confident that the tile work would be something I wouldn't have to worry about and I was right. I happen to be looking over Waldo's shoulder most the time he spent working only because I was so mesmerized of how fast and methodical he was. He spread the tile out as not to have similar tile patterns/colors next to one another. He also got some grout samples and made sure I was satisfied. I only wish all aspects of the remodel went as smoothly as my experience with Waldo and momentum tile. Floor; If I'm not mistaken the tiles were 4ft long slats. He explained to me that these certain tiles had a bow in them, but he would try his best to get the floor as flat as he could. The end result was better than what I expected (and I expected a lot from his previous work). Backsplash; I also figured since he was there to get him on board with doing the backsplash after I had the kitchen cabinets installed. Since the tile was of a decorative shape I was concerned that it was going to be a tedious job, but he assured me that I shouldn't be worried about how difficult the cuts will be rather I should get what I want. The detail he put into some of the smaller cuts and around the receptacles is very sharp. Overall outstanding job and very professional! read more

Quality of Work - I was extremely impressed with the quality craftsmanship and expertise Wvaldo provided when installing the porcelain floor tile. His 14 years of experience of doing tile work was definitely reflected in the outstanding finished project. He offered valuable and helpful input . The floor was completed in a timely manner and looks awesome. Cost - Reasonably priced and no hidden costs or fees. I purchased the tile, (which enabled me to ensure I got what I wanted and to buy it on sale) and he provided all of the other needed supplies.
