Morgan is organized and easy to communicate with. Joel came out to measure and make the templates and he was fabulous. I was given a date/time that worked well for us and the quote was within our ballpark idea of what it would cost us for installation. The team who installed the countertops worked so hard and efficiently, the tile installers did a perfect install. Our only hiccups were super minor- but they were handled in an efficient no-drama way! We had a couple late arrivals, but I simply called Morgan to find out what was going on, she got back to me right away and gave me their ETA. There was a minor miscommunication about where our tile was, the tile installers got to our house and asked where the tile was, but I thought they had it. Morgan quickly resolved the situation by bringing the tile to our house herself. I highly recommend JNL.

We called them every day for three weeks with no response. We were about to threaten legal action because they had our stone and they just wouldn't answer or return our calls. We were getting desperate. When they finally returned our call and finished the installation, the quality was crap. No communication, no transparency when serious mistakes were made. As a stone cutter you basically have one job: pay attention to detail, which they didn't do. Very disappointed, if we could do it over again we never would have called this company.

My husband and I were looking for materials for our bathroom remodel. Tiles, Vanity, countertops,…read moreetc. We came in on 2 different occasions and I can not recommend Granite Expo. On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. Some of the displays are confusing as to what the prices and choices are so it was a little difficult. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.
