I said but what about the remainder of the $50 . Her answer was the whole amount has to be used and did not offer a credit note for the balance. Sorry but to me this is outright theft. The one waitress they do have (the times I've been) is an older woman (one of the owners). Which is not any problem I'm just trying to make it clear how it differentiates from a real Mandarin restaurant. She has always been very pleasant though (I'll give her that much).
