She helped us choose our vendors, and referred us to our officiant who we adored, and after we finally settled on a venue went with us to all our meetings with them and made sure everything was organized and going to happen the way we wanted it to. Janine was always available by phone and email to help with any questions or concerns we could think of. So many times we had concerns about etiquette, or questions about how we should make a decision and Janine supported us through it all. But best of all, Janine made sure our rehearsal went well, and on my wedding day she blew my entire family away! Not only did he do exactly what I wanted, my wedding ended up running really late and I (the bride) am obviously very busy getting ready. He makes several trips back & forth to show me what the room looks like by taking pictures on his phone so I don't have to leave and focus on the things that are more important. He worked around MY crazy schedule and was SUPER patient with my crazy self! Highly recommend to everyone, I know he DJs as well but I only needed him for lighting. Seriously, you guys are missing out! Callie is absolutely fantastic. From the moment I met her, I knew we would work extremely well together and that she was the perfect person to help bring our vision to life on the big day. Callie also offers a fantastic day-of coordination package, which includes 24/7 email correspondence (although sometimes Callie takes a while to respond or needs an extra reminder or two on deliverables), a trip to the venue leading up to the big day, rehearsal coverage, and then, of course, day-of coordination. While I was a fairly organized bride already, Callie provides a helpful Google document to make sure you're thinking of every little detail needed. Crystal, Callie's assistant, is also a gem. Between the bright and bubbly personalities to the execution of a very detailed wedding, I couldn't have asked for a better duo to help us with the big day. The whole design was beautiful, and we would not have been able to do it ourselves! It was a bit rough at the beginning, communication was slow, and emails didn't seem to go through, once we used text messaging, everything worked out fine! We then used Unmatched Entertainment for our wedding. The sound quality was amazing and the music was on point. Everyone at the wedding was dancing, regardless of age. They had all the music we requested, and were able to come up with a sound to fit our musical style, which is rather eclectic. They kept our wedding moving perfectly, and got along great with our day of coordinator. We didn't have any issues setting up the gear despite being in an old mansion. I asked what they needed, and I was told "power." It was nice to know we didn't have to worry about anything. I had no idea how important the DJ is to keeping a wedding on schedule, so it was great having everything fall into place so well. One of my favorite things about Unmatched is that they read the crowd very well! If there aren't people dancing, they adapt immediately and keep people having fun. It felt like a business transaction not speaking with a minister, man of God. We asked to include silence for a family member's absence during the ceremony and were told this was an upgrade and would cost more money... for a moment of silence/recognition of a loved one. Very disappointed.
