Banana Cloud matcha latte
Ayana A.

Order the banana cloud matcha latte! You don't regret it. It had great matcha flavor but was not overly sweet. The staff was great with giving recommendations if you wanted matcha or espresso. I can't wait to get back and try the regular strawberry matcha latte. They have indoor seating on the other side but I stopped by quickly! They also had outdoor seating for a nice day.

Momo is always my go to for their soft serve ice creams and phenomenal yuzu ramen! Whenever I crave ramen this is the spot I go to all the time! They also have various other restaurants in the Atlanta area too! Check out brush, cuddlefish, and lucky star too!

Such a cozy little gem! First off -- they validate parking if you park in the garage, which is a major plus. The ladies behind the counter were very pleasant (as they always are, never have had bad service here) I ordered a hot matcha latte with oat milk (10/10!) and a caramelized onion & gruyère croissant, which hit the perfect sweet-and-savory balance. The space has free Wi-Fi and a calm atmosphere, making it a great spot to post up and get some work done. Definitely adding this to my regular coffee shop rotation.

Spacious cafe and restaurant in midtown. Only tried the pastries and they were just OK overall. Pretty disappointed in the service on a Friday afternoon - we ordered a blueberry matcha croissant and for the second, we asked for a rec but instead the staff just listed off what they had which we were aware of without answering our question. We settled on the matcha cookie. The croissant came out pretty quick but our cookie took forever - waited 20 minutes when we literally saw cookies right there. After checking in with someone they checked in with the person helping us and they said they left it in the oven to be warmed and forgot about it in a rude way. We had limited time for parking so after getting the cookie we quickly ate our treats and left. The croissant wasn't very buttery and felt a little stale. The matcha cream was good though. The cookie was better - thick and chewy. Not worth returning for unfortunately - maybe we came at a bad time.

I had heard a lot of good things about this place - so last weekend, we tried this lil cafe. We walked in around 11 and it wasn't too busy. We ordered a creme brulee croissant and a matcha soft serve. The matcha soft serve - in the first impression, looked glorious (but tiny in portion). It tasted really good! The matcha to sweetness ratio was perfect. Also- after trying it, I realized that the portions were perfect. Unlike a traditional soft serve, this one was rich. The creme brulee croissant was a nice surprise - it combined the two things extremely well. The items are a lil pricey (or maybe pricey has become the new normal). We paid $8-$9 each for both.

The pastries are so unique and incredibly delicious, and the coffee and teas options are top tier! I got the iced cloud matcha, and it was phenomenal - full of flavor. The stuffed croissants are to do for, I didn't regret any of the ludicrously delicious sugar-induced bites!

Low score because the person that took my order sneezed and didn't wash her hands. Yesterday when I went in there was no line. This was also my first time visiting. Needless to say after she sneezed she put lids on two drinks before my order was taken. Disgusting.

i got a strawberry matcha latte and chicken katsu sando! i really enjoyed both and i would definitely go back if i'm ever in atlanta again. i had to take my food for to go since i was only in atlanta for a couple of hours but i really liked the vibe of the place! they have a cafe part where they sell drinks and pastries and then a restaurant side with meals

Iced coffee and egg tart

Had a work event down here early and stopped by here to kill some time. I'm glad I did because this place is quaint and the barista was really friendly. I got the iced coffee with some skim milk and the roast of it is amazing. I was a bit hungry and they had a nice selection of pastries so went with an egg tart which was a great choice. It came warm with a flaky crust. Paired with the pillowy soft custard filling, that was the perfect amount of sweet, made the morning so much better. If you are in this area for sure stop by, the prices are fair and the quality is good.

the pastries aren't as high quality as other bakeries (more bready than flaky/ laminated), but the flavors are good. I tried the pumpkin black sesame croissant ($9) and loved the creams. I also enjoyed the iced oat strawberry matcha ($8) and it was decent, not too sweet nor grainy. matcha could be slightly stronger but that's a personal preference. overall prices are pretty steep

This is a really cute cafe in midtown close to Georgia Tech. The drinks are on the pricier side, and I got the hot matcha, which was not very good. I wanted it served in a mug but it was served in a takeaway cup, and I could tell by tasting that the matcha was not that high quality. I have gotten their iced matcha drinks before, and I remembered that tasting good because it was sweet, so if you do come here, I would recommend you to go for the sweetened iced matcha drinks for matcha.

Obsessed with the matcha here, and probably one of the best matchas in atlanta. The cafe itself is very cute and quaint and the customer service is always on point.

I really like this place. It is next door to Momonoki. I think you can sit in the outdoor space or the upstairs lounge area. I prefer the upstairs. It's teeny tiny so it can be difficult to snag a spot amongst all the college students that hang out there. It overlooks the interstate which doesn't seem relaxing but oddly it is. Maybe it's bc you're far away enough that you can't hear the traffic. And, you're not sitting in the traffic! Anyway, the real reason to go to Momo Cafe is - the heavenly drinks and yummy desserts. The staff are friendly and helpful and will steer you in the right direction if you have questions. For instance does a matcha latte pair well with a pumpkin soft serve. The answer is yes!! P.S. they validate parking in the garage next door.

$9 for a matcha latte that is 80% ice. Taste was fine but not worth it. Go to cafe maiko instead

We drove downtown specifically to try out this spot - paid $8 for parking in the lot next to the building. Front space Clean fun inviting feel with handwritten notes on wall. Service: The young lady helping was nice, but we waited at least 10 minutes before she came to the front to greet and assist myself and another customer before me. No pudding available Cobbler: had barely any crust (iyktyk) and the filling could use improvement. I think we were also supposed to get ice cream ? If so we didn't get it. I got the cinnamon roll with apple butter. I thought it would be throughout but it was on top, and the roll itself was a little dry. Purchase 2 peanut butter cookies that were huge for my son. Not sure how they were but he didnt complain so I assume they were good.

We saw some of the really cute things in the window, so we walked in and it did not disappoint. The place was filled with chocolates macaroons and a whole bunch of pastries. You could also order a whole variety of espresso drinks and lattes, etc. It even had a really cute seating area directly outside, but if you could fit yourself inside, there was some bar seating as well. The place is not large however, the cases are definitely filled with a lot of goodies. On this particular day, it did take us a little while to make a decision as there are quite a few choices. However, the two staff members who were here that day were very patient with us. We did walk away with macaroons a lemon meringue tart as well as a Canele. You know what it's in the pictures. I do not have a picture of that because it was eaten before I got a chance to take a picture of it. But everything was so tasty absolute perfection. I don't know who's making this stuff but they are truly talented. I have to come back here again when I'm in Buckhead Village.

I guess I must've written it off due to the parking situation, and I honestly would've never visited, but a friend suggested coming here, so here I am. It's very, very limited parking. I'm not sure if we're *allowed* to park in the nearby parking lots, and I didn't have to, but if there's only like 6 spaces with barely enough space for cars to pass through entering and exiting... idk, it's not for me, esp when Doraville can get v traffick-y and the turn lanes are just waiting. Interior wise, it's cute. It tries to invoke a sense of Japanese aesthetic with the shoji panels, all the wood and light, the fake flowers, and I don't hate it. It's a fine place to sit and chat, though I feel bad for others who want to visit because again, the parking here sucks. I got their black sesame latte float with a matcha and sakura (seasonal flavor) swirl. The sakura was sweeter than anticipated and not floral, which was a bit disappointing since I didn't like it alone or mixing with the matcha flavor. The black sesame portion was fine. I like the nuttiness of black sesame in general, and I would've loved if they used more for a stronger flavor. The flavor was subtle, and with the ice and soft serve on top, got easily diluted.
