The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Again, accidents happen, but the response was so professional and appreciated and we have never had an issue since. Would absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets or kids :)

When I reached out to the business, the person I spoke to was responsive and very helpful. I was quoted $135 for the cleaning, including 2/3 bedrooms in the apartment, the kitchen, bathroom, and common spaces. I was told they could cover these areas within the 3-hour minimum. In the three hours the cleaner was there, she only cleaned the kitchen and one bedroom, leaving behind the second bedroom, common room, and bathroom. The cleaner did a good job, but I wish there was better communication about what to expect, or an option to extend the cleaning to cover the areas promised, even if it required more money. The cleaner did a good job, but the timing of it all really didn't make sense.

I spent weeks trying to schedule a cleaning with this company. Everything proceeded normally until I disclosed a fragrance-related accommodation need and offered to provide all cleaning products myself. After that, the job was repeatedly described as a "special need cleaning," concerns were raised about whether the cleaners would accept it, and I was told I might be better served by another company. I was asked to confirm the appointment by providing my address and cleaning information, which I did. Later, after the cleaner agreed to take the job, the appointment was given away because I did not respond quickly enough to an additional confirmation request that I had never been told to expect. When I objected to the way the situation had been handled, I was told that the company would not be cleaning my apartment. What concerns me is that the entire interaction changed after I disclosed a disability-related accommodation need. Before that disclosure, I was treated like any other customer. After that disclosure, additional barriers appeared, the job became a problem, and the service was ultimately denied. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone who may need accommodations, nor to anyone who believes that people with physical differences should be treated with the same respect and access to services as everyone else.
