In a day and age of severe lack of customer service this was a breath of fresh air. Sharon was the caring receptionist and appointment giver. Her wonderful inviting personality started our experience on the absolute right foot. Then there was beautiful Esther who took my husband's vitals and prepared us for the doctor. She was a total joy and such a sweet conversationalist. She made us so comfortable. Then there was Ruby, the doctor's assistant, who with her smile and winning way only heightened this positive experience. Then Dr Prutzman... I cannot express how wonderful he is. He walks into a room with confidence and yet a warmth that is extremely rare. Words elude us in our confidence in him. In fact, I made an appointment to see him myself for a second opinion and will likely transfer to him. This office does things right. And the care is top notch.

The first time I was there, both the woman and the man were openly talking to a patient in the waiting room about his need to see the doctor because of his addiction to pain medications. Anyone with an ounce of common sense or regard for HIPAA would have not done that. The doctor is nice but as long as his staff is there, he is going to lose business because of them. The woman who works there I would think has a mental disability because there is no other reason you would say something to her and she repeats something back to you that she just made up. She doesn't listen and then is rude to you when you have to circle back. Dr Singh would do much better if he were to hire two people that knew how to serve his customers properly. Also, for some reason, they only accept cash there. So if you have to pay a $60 co-pay, or a $200 out-of-pocket appointment, you actually have to go to the ATM and get cash before they will see you. When was the last decade that you saw a doctors office not accept debit or credit cards? It would take them an hour to set that up. That's what a mess they are. I made a mistake by choosing this office. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else. I would never, ever refer anyone there, and will only warn people against them as long as that staff is there.

He even took the time to call the pathologist who signed off on one of the reports to get clarification. He gave me solid advice and resources to educate myself on the issue. He gave me my options, risks, and his educated opinion. I am giving him five stars because I truly believe he is brilliant and gave me solid direction. However, he is very direct and to the point. If you are looking for small talk and warm fuzzies he is not your man. But if you go into your appointment understanding this and managing your expectation, I do not think you will be disappointed.

My opinion of Dr. Joshua Holland is the exact opposite of the care I received from him while I was his patient. I was a patient for many years. I recently had an awakening and realized his care was substantially sub-standard now that I am a patient of a competent and compassionate provider who cares about their patients enough to spend more than five minutes in an office visit. Someone who listens to what I have to say, and spends enough time to gather all of the information. My honest opinion of Dr. Holland is that it was a huge inconvenience and waste of his time seeing me as his patient. It usually seemed to me that he was already on his way out of the exam room after five minutes. The symptoms of the final reason for which I sought help from him that was not addressed, nor explored for further informaion.I can say more about his lack of concern for me as his patient, but to be more succinct,I cannot in good conscience recommend him as a physician to anyone. I am thankful that I did find a very comprehensive treatment philosophy from my new physician. And yes, my significant current health issues is one of the reasons I sought help, from Dr. Holland. It's my opinion, to which I am entitled, after having been one of his patients and a consumer, for many years, that his services as a licensed physician, were not satisfactory and did not meet a level of compassion I expect in a physician.
