Customer service was non existing, , never service my lav, they parked me at the very end of the ramp (with a notification of my early departure), employees just want to ride around in their golf carts, lying to their customers, and the "don't give a crap" of the front desk guy. Speaking to several other flight crews, they had similar experiences. Most of them no longer going to Fontainebleau Aviation. One comment to me was, you can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig. Beautiful facility, but that were it begins and ends.

He was extremely organized, conscientious, knowledgeable, attentive with a great sense of humor. Each day was very full and unique. While Jan himself was a gifted tour guide leader, he also hired dynamic and very knowledgeable tour guides who helped tell the history of the Jewish people in each country especially during WW11. Jan chose excellent restaurants and 5 star hotels. We travelled by bus, air,overnight ferry,trains. We visited museums, historical synagogues, City Halls and palaces, had opportunities to hike , get gelato, and had downtime to see the Fjords in Norway, relax by saunas, pools. Breakfast buffets were amazing. This was one of the best tours abroad that I have ever had. We had 6 passengers (1 was a toddler so there was a car seat already installed per our previous discussions) and 6 suitcases. He assisted with all luggage. The drive was smooth. It was wonderful, they always arrived exactly on time and got us to the airport and our hotel in a very timely fashion. We arrived at either location with in 15-20 min of picking us up. Both drivers were very kind and courteous making sure we always comfortable, our returning flight left at 7 am so our driver picked us at 4:45 am that morning (which other companies I called told me nothing before 530 am was available). WARNING: Unsafe and Dishonest Company - Do NOT Use Them…read more I've never left a review like this, but people deserve to be warned. This limo company completely misled us, charged us differently than quoted, and only issued a refund after I sent him proof of what he quoted me. -even after multiple requests. But the worst part? They endangered our children. We clearly asked for TWO car seats for our under-five-year-old children. The first time, they only had one. The second time, they showed up with none--and still tried to make us ride without them. They claimed another car had the seats, but wouldn't fix the situation. Let's be clear: It is illegal in all 50 states--including Florida--to transport children under five without an appropriate car seat. This company knowingly violated the law and showed zero concern for our children's safety. When we voiced our concerns, they were rude, dismissive, and condescending, throwing out irrelevant excuses like "You're upset over $36," as if our issue was money--not safety and honesty. They do not care about your safety, your kids, or doing the right thing. If you value professionalism, legal compliance, or basic human decency--stay far away. Unreliable. Unsafe. Unethical. I would never use them again, and I hope others won't either.
