The ride to the airport was smooth and quiet (which we prefer). The plane was clean and very comfortable. Inside, we had plenty of space to relax. The flight crew was always attentive and professional, making sure we were comfortable during the flight. They were available to help with anything we needed but were not intrusive. When we landed in Teterboro, another driver arranged by Monarch Air Group met us and drove us to the hotel. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. Monarch Air recently transported live animals from their place of capture to Primate Products, an animal testing facility in Miami. I would think twice before doing business with a company who involves themselves with cruel animal experiments. There are plenty of other airlines who refuse to ship live animals for research and they will be the ones getting my business. read more
