I went in for a lash lift/tint and wasn't really happy with what I got. I had emailed and messaged on instagram letting them know and they called maybe an hour later. Apparently they use their own lash lift kit, and the way they do it is for a really "natural" curl. I was not informed of this before going in, and as I have had lifts done before, I was expecting them to be curled and lifted. They also told me that different places have different ways of doing the lifts, which would've been nice to know as well. I could've curled my eyelashes with a curler and got more of a lift with that. Mine literally look like I've had them for the full two months already, and it's only the second day with them. I feel sorta bad leaving this review as the girls were really nice there, but I am disappointed with the lack of information and results. They offered a discount for lash extensions, but that was kinda pointless as I do not get those done. Then they offered a discount for another lash lift, but that didn't really make sense for me to use it since I was unhappy with the lift I received. They'd use the same kit so nothing would be different expect the price, I'd get the same results. They weren't able to issue a refund as the procedure was already done, which I kind of understand, but it was still pretty irritating. I saw this place had good reviews, but maybe that was for lash extensions only, not quite sure. I will most likely not be returning here. So I went in with two appointments by accident, granted it was my first time making a lash appointment. Apparently I had filled out the wrong set of lashes. But they got me in. Throughout the application of the lashes it hurt. And continued to hurt after she was done it would hurt to blink or shut my eyes for three days. I look at my account and saw they charged my card twice. I still haven't gotten that money back, and haven't heard back. I went to buy a gift card for my sister in law and ended making an appointment. They couldn't look worse than when I was doing them! I have been waiting 2 years for this location to open up. I was finally able to make an appointment here. YOU MUST schedule you're appointment here ASAP!! All other Flirty Girl locations around DFW are great, but I'm telling you this company is better than any other I have ever been to. I first heard of this company when I was living in Uptown, I do believe that location moved to North Dallas. But you will NEVER be disappointed. Lauren did my 1 week fill & they look amazing. I have been to this place for more than a year but no more, the last times I went to this place my eyelashes did not last at all they began to fall in the first days and the last time I made the appointment to make the corrections they did not want do it. Nikki was the one who made my eyelashes the last times and honestly she doesn't know how to do her job well, Lauren and Jessica are better but they are always busy, you should hire more efficient stylists because for that reason they have just lost a client of more than a year. read more

Extremely unprofessional. If you are someone that has a busy schedule/value your time (which I feel like is everyone) find somewhere else. I had a conflict with my lash appointment so I called to try to reschedule/cancel however they said they could not because of their cancellation policy. Okay whatever it's policy right? So I reschedule my other appointment. I show up to my lash appointment to find out my stylist has not showed up for work! Not even a call to let me know ahead of time. I feel like places with cancellation policies and cancellation fees should be held accountable if they break their own policy. I recommend the Lash Lounge in watters creek instead. read more

Not worth the money, in the least bit. I got 5D volume lashes and left looking like I had on $5 ardell lashes without mascara. On top of that, my artist was 17 minutes late to my appointment. Once I sat down, I explained to her that I wanted the darkest color lash they had, along with the longest lash they had. I sat in her chair for 2 hours to open my eyes to see $180 down the drain.
