My initial experience--purchasing kitchen flooring--was fine, which gave me the confidence to return for additional flooring for my living room. That was a mistake. I received a quote for the flooring and asked for a quote on installation. Cody said he'd get back to me but never did. I waited over a month, then called and texted just to get the name of the flooring so I could move forward with my renovation--which has now been delayed for months. I never received any response. No return call. No text. Nothing. This level of disregard for a paying customer is completely unacceptable. It shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. Once the sale was made, it became clear that follow-up and service were not a priority. I regret spending my money here and would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

Service Master was assigned to the insurance claim & they recommended using World Floor Coverings, to replace the floors. My husband & I went to the showroom for World Floor Coverings & met with Mike the owner & Lauren the interior designer. Mike was fantastic to deal with, Service Master sent him over the measurements of our flooring. Mike asked us questions of what type of flooring we were looking, are usage, lifestyle, etc.. Mike was fantastic at answering all of our questions & making suggestions. Mike then introduced us to Lauren the interior designer. She was great. We had brought in a sample of the old flooring & pictures of our home. Lauren helped us figured out, what type of flooring would be best for our family & look amazing in our home. Lauren was also great at asking us questions & answering all of our questions too. On the day of install, Val installed the flooring. Val does beautiful work. His work was very clean, neat & professional. He did a fantastic job. He's a true professional. My husband & I absolutely love our new floors. We are so happy, with our choice. When we go to finish our basement, we will for sure be using WFC for the floors. Oh and the new floors, are dog approved by Jake & Marley. Thank-You to the team at World Floor Coverings!

Mariah the sales rep was awesome with helping me with options and staying within my budget. She also answered all questions quickly over the phone or emails. Happy with the carpet and planks I picked. Price was a bit better than quotes from 2 other places Cons:. Scheduling issues. Booked a month in advance and booked a day off. Day of I get a call that they are behind on another job and would like to reschedule, it wasn't an option for me since hard enough to book days off and I waited a month. So they managed to have the carpet installers come past working hours after 5pm, while Matt did the vinyl plank installations on schedule. This led to the carpet installers rushing to get the job done, so a few days later I nearly stepped on some exposed nails on the stairs where the carpet was installed. Had to go thru each step and hammer them all back in (about 5 steps in total). Don't even want to think what would have happened if I had stepped on them directly instead of brushing one with my heel. They should have inspected everything once done. There were also some parts of my newly painted walls damaged with some dings and scratches. Luckily I still had some left over paint to fix it up. So my overall rating is 3.5 stars. As the beginning process started off well when I first went into the store to talk to Mariah and see some choices. Unfortunately it was the last part of things that bring the ratings down.

Recently we had chosen Apollo Interior Exteriors to remove carpet and laminate flooring in…read moredesperate need of replacement. The loose lay vinyl plank we chose with Apollo's recommendation gave the entire condo an updated look. One of the partners of the company came to our condo bringing samples to ensure we chose a floor to bring all other existing elements together for a cohesive look. All baseboards were carefully removed and replaced at the new correct height. No ugly transition strips were installed as the new flooring was floated up to the existing ceramic tile for a perfectly smooth transition. They had also floated the concrete base/ floor to the correct height as it should be and all previous high and low spots on the concrete made perfectly level prior to install. We couldn't be happier with the installation as the entire turn around time was about two weeks! The service and installation was truly amazing from start to finish. Thank you everyone at Apollo/AIE Flooring for making this such an easy project.

He was very personable and professional and went through the project very thoroughly. His quote was equally professional, detailing everything that needed to be done separately with each cost. He answered all our questions and concerns with honesty. Inline Solutions polyaspartic floor coating systems are nonporous, making them easier to clean because the dirt and contaminants remain on the surface. Polyaspartic floors are stronger and more resistant to chemicals than many other types of flooring. Our floor was completed in the time frame that was quoted, and we couldn't be happier with it. HORRIBLE experience with Trademark Construction and Flooring!!!…read moreAs with most sales they were fine when they were making the sale but when they made a mistake and re-sold flooring I had paid for in full, I was the one who suffered - losing both money and time in having to find a replacement. They refused to refund me the full amount when they could not provide me the product. I paid in full for flooring from them & they said they would hold it for me.  There was no deadline given and I was never contacted to say it needed to be picked up by a certain date. They had both a valid phone number and email address to contact me.  When I contacted them to pick it up not only do I find out that they don't have the flooring any more but that they can no longer get the product in. It was a pallet worth (over 1000 sq ft) of flooring that I had paid for.  Without contacting me, they then sold that same product a 2nd time to someone else.   When their error was discovered they offered me a different product that was not as nice nor was the quality as good as what I had originally bought. I considered other options they had (and I would have been willing to pay the difference for a product if there was something else I like) but nothing worked for what I was needing as I had purchased other things based on my initial purchase with them. I spoke to both the owner and accountant at Trademark and they refused to give me back all of the money I'd paid (holding back over $200.  The owner initially said some BS about it being for taxes. Yes they would have paid taxes on it last year but this year it would show as a loss and so it would be a tax credit.  So I said no way. The owner then said I would have to talk to the accountant the following week.  When I spoke to her she blamed me for waiting so long to pick it up then said they were holding back money for the credit card charges.  Crappy customer service!!  They should have returned my money in full and compensated me for the hassle their lack of organization causes me. It should be the responsibility of the company to control their inventory. Hello?!?!  They sold it twice!  Making profit on it twice!  Master Card isn't able to do anything since the company has given me a partial refund and it's been over a year now. Be warned.  This company wants sales but has no accountability and will resell your product out from under you!
