Beware. This office will keep your money. I received a letter stating that they may be holding funds that belong to me. I delivered the signed form back in April so they could send me a check. It's almost September and no check, no phone call, no letter to inform me about the status of my inquiry. If a customer didn't pay their balance, they would contact a collection agency for sure. but since they owe a customer, they don't give a rat's behind to refund the money. As stated by many other reviewers, this dental office will try to sell you the most expensive treatment possible. While the office staff and dental assistant were very courteous and friendly, I felt as though I was immediately being pushed to get dental implants. The dentist, who showed no care or concern, stated that two of my molars could not be saved and my best option would be implants. Implants that would have cost 8 thousand dollars for just TWO MOLARS! Worst dentist office in the country! Do not, do not use this dentist. Office is unorganized and dirty, wonder how they can stay in business. My first scheduled appointment, they would not see me because they could not figure out my insurance information. All they had to do is make a simple call or even call me to reschedule, instead they wasted my time by making me go into the office. My second appointment, I waited for over an hour before they told me that they were short handed and would have to reschedule. My third and final appointment, after arriving a few minutes early and signing in, I waited for over an hour and no one even acknowledge me. Re-assured me that I would be taken care of. I'm not a big fan of the dentist but my insurance recommended them, I have A HMO so it limits me to who I can see. First off I wait about 15-20 mins to be seen which I thought was reasonable. The place is very clean. They did a complete exam X-rays, pictures, pulp test, including oral cancer and cleaning, whole process took 2 hours and they explained every step and why they where doing what they where doing. Dr. Siddiqui explained my treatment/length, he gave me attitude about not flossing but come on what dentist doesn't. He was straight forward about treatment, which I prefer. The ladies in the front had my quote for cost of treatment once I was done with my cleaning which was the last step. I like how the bill was detailed as to exactly what was going to be done, they showed their price in one column and what I was going to pay through my insurance in the second column. The most wretched service I have ever experienced. The Doctor ignores you when you try to explain what is wrong and what you would like to have done. One of the lesser dentists insisted i had a cavity, the main dentist hushed him and sure enough, the next time I came in it was a massive cavity instead of the easily fixed one. So far, my experience has been good. After they took xrays and pictures, the dental hygienist assessed my teeth and the dentist explained the xray results and everything that needs to be done. The dental hygienist explained everything she was doing to me and making sure I was not in pain. So far, It's been a good experience here at monarch. The practice is clean and very Covid aware, they constantly clean equipment. Dr. Arab and Sheila are fantastic and very competent. They efficiently took care of my broken tooth by removing an old filling and prepping the tooth for a crown, both are attentive to the patient and very kind. I visited this office once for an exam and cleaning. It was not an awful experience but there were some factors that I feel were quite lacking. First the Good Stuff: -The Dental Hygienist was very thorough and gentle and was also very personable. -The office staff is friendly and easy to work with -Appointments are very easy to schedule Not so Good Stuff: --The big one for me, and the largest part of why I gave 2 stars, is that the Doctor seemed detached, for lack of a better way to say it. He seems competent but he did not take an active interest in my care. He did not spend very much time actually examining or discussing issues with me. The two hygienists who actually performed my exam, before he showed up, were the ones who discussed issues and care with me. The doctor basically poked his head in, said some dentisty things and went on his way. --When you make an appointment, you have to specifically ask for a cleaning appointment in addition to your dental exam. WELL I'M ALLERGIC TO LIARS! Valerie is the front desk servant. She seems to assume her lies would be seen as factual. The issue before the common sense notice of a liar. My husband and myself arrived to the facility. It's in a strip mall and seems very bland and not very clean. The staff was curt and acted as though the "office" was more of a cattle call area - push people through, take the money and move on. Anyhow, my husband and I sat upfront for well over 30 minutes when he was finally called to the back. I had my service dog in my lap the entire time. When he was asked to the back the staff member stated, "we don't normally have anyone go with the patient" (red flag 1). My husband replied, "my wife is always with me". She agreed and we began to go back when Valerie started screaming at me, "ma'am! Ma'am! You can't go back there!" I approached the desk and said, "she's a service dog." Valerie replied, "then I need to see her card and proof!" I replied, "that's illegal. The only thing you can ask me is what service does she provide." She said, "I'm sorry but we were told we have to see proof." I again stated the law and suddenly she changed it to, "the doctor is allergic to dogs so you can't go back there." I asked her, "so proof, yet he's allergic? Makes no sense." She replied, "I can't have my doctor collapse to the floor because of your dog." So here is how you tell someone is lying: 1) They state a demand which they assume cannot be met: "Show me proof!" As per the American's with Disabilities act: She broke the law here when she refused to allow me to accompany my husband: "A service animal must be allowed to accompany the handler to any place in the building or facility where members of the public, program participants, customers, or clients are allowed." She broke the law here when she refused to understand these are the only things she may ask me - which I did inform her: "When a person with a service animal enters a public facility or place of public accommodation, the person cannot be asked about the nature or extent of his disability. Only two questions may be asked: 1. Is the animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?" She broke the law here when she demanded proof of my service dogs documentation (which I do have, but that's not her business): "A public accommodation or facility is not allowed to ask for documentation or proof that the animal has been certified, trained, or licensed as a service animal." 2) They move the demand, once informed of the law to, "Oh, uhm, he's allergic!" 3) They proceed to extreme lies, "I can't have him collapse onto the floor." 4) They can't keep track of their lies: She then stated, "When the doctor comes out of surgery I can have you talk to him." Uhm.. won't my Yorkie cause him to collapse to the floor? I could have sworn that was what she'd just said. And now, miraculously, we'll be allowed if the collapse-to-the-floor-from-super-extreme-allergies doctor approves. Hmmm. Now Facts about allergies: 1) Pet owners carry the dog dander on them - approx 50% of all households in the USA have dogs. So common sense dictates that the doctor with "extreme, collapse to the ground" allergies would have come in contact with said dander - where allergens are from. 2) When allergic to dogs you would take medicine, usually an antihistamine and it's suggested not to touch or allow a dog to lick you. 3) My service dog has been with me to court (one judge even said jokingly that she'd side with me if I gave her my service dog), as well as in ICU and not one "allergic" person "collapsed to the floor." In short, even if I did not have my service dog, this is a place to avoid - unless you don't mind being treated like a number with a lot of other patients. Very no class. VERY no class. If you value your time and have any self-respect, avoid this place. And of course, if like me, your allergic to liars. Dr. H P.S. I have been coming here for over a year now for regular cleanings and Invisalign aligners. All staff here is very friendly and welcoming. I usually wait between 10-15 minutes and try to make appointments early mornings to avoid any more waiting. The Dr. Is considerate in listening to your concerns and will address them as best he can. Just the worse experience ever. I am in my early 20s and my parents were kind enough to pay for my braces. First of all, do not expect to have normal access to your orthodontist. The orthodontist only comes to El paso a few days out of the month. The rest of the month they only offer standard dentistry. So if you need to reschedule an orthodontist appointment, it's going to be at least a month. I also started receiving my regular dental services here. I am so disappointed with these service as well. I called for an emergency appointment because I was experiencing extreme tooth pain. So painful that I had to miss work. After the doctor "couldn't find anything wrong" he sent me home with no follow up or prescription. I went to the ER that same night and it turns out I had an infection and I just needed antibiotics and pain gel. I have also had my othrodontist appointment rescheduled three times. The wait time is ridiculous most of the time. I would ask for an hour off work and my boss would not believe me that I waited 40 minutes just to see the orthodontist. In June 2015 I started my braces and I was estimated to be completed in 12 to 18 months. It's January 2017 and I am not getting them off until "maybe July 2017". If there was not so much rescheduling and the orthodontist was available more often then I might be done already. When I am done with my braces I am getting my retainer and never going back. read more

The appointment process is extremely confusing since you call a local number yet end up talking to someone in another city. The office staff is not welcoming nor attentive. Dr. Siddiqui has no personality and does not communicate well with his patients. He doesn't even smile. He just "gets to work" and moves on. He is not very comforting if you are a unique patient as myself. I require a little more patience and accommodations for medical reasons and did not make me feel comfortable, matter of fact, he asked me to come back when "my condition was under control". Well, my condition is never under control and he was unwilling to work with me. I left in tears!!! My young child told me she did not like the place either so that was a deal breaker. read more

My brother went in, was told to come back that afternoon and that he needed two teeth pulled. He went back for the extraction and was told it would cost 600 (with insurance). The staff informed him that he also needed a bone graft, this was not mentioned when he went in the first time. After the procedure the doctor called in the wrong pain killer and called in a very pricey antibiotic. After some hassle with the doctor they agreed to prescribe a cheaper antibiotic, but took two more after hours phone calls to fix the painkiller mishap. Terrible read more
