(No offense to other orthodontist but I feel this was told to me because do their lack of experience with advanced orthodontics and Invisalign). I started my research on looking for someone in the El Paso area who offered advanced orthodontics. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Teng and saw he had great reviews. I decided to go in for a consultation and was surprised at how many techniques that could be used were demonstrated to me. All treatments are different and yours may not be like mine; but the fact that he gave me options was already a go light for me. He also advised that I would be a candidate of Invisalign and as long as I followed the rules and hours needed to wear I should see some results. I followed all the rules that were told and wore it religiously. My treatment was done sooner than expected. My teeth are straighter than ever and my bite is not amazing ! All his staff is amazing as well they are so sweet and patient. I never encountered any of them being rude or grouchy which is rare to find nowadays. Stephanie at the front was always amazing as well sending me my appointments via email or written, they accommodated me pretty well. Don't be late tho because you only have a few min window which is understandable in order to deliver to amazing service they have. Ana was amazing and patient with me throughout all my appointments I had with her. She made it comfortable and helped me out if I requested numbing cream for certain procedures. Desiree was also great in helping with my insurance and questions I had. Insurances can be a pain in the ass to deal with and she helped me by making it easier. Returned to JT Othodontics with the clearance from the dentist. They never called me back. Just so they know I found another orthodontist who was happy to fit me for a new retainer after applying braces to my lower front teeth. Reception and front office was rude when I first arrived. Yes, we are all stressed but you don't have to be disrespectful. My cleaning was sub-par and probably the worst I've ever had. They have a crazy credit card payment system and they may have charged me twice because they thought it didn't go thru. The doctor was very thorough and I felt comfortable with working with him. Last, since I will not be returning, I asked for my medical records to be sent over to the new office. Good luck with that process as they won't answer the phone or respond to emails. It will take at least a week to get them transferred over according to the person who handles that process. Don't be fooled by the low intro prices they offer, it's not worth it and the other charges can get expensive quickly.

As far as quality, the materials they use are as good or better than the US. For example, my implant was Swiss and considered the best in the world.
