They diagnosed the original problem which was an issue with the window flashing being done incorrectly from the builders and corrected the issue. It then rained and started showing a lesser water leak than before. The siding guy came back out within 24hrs and noticed another issue with my siding and the direction the wind was coming at my house and reversed the seams of my siding. I have not had a leak since! I definitely recommend these guys and will come back to them if I have any other issues with my house. They were reasonably priced and did very good work. Thank you guys!

He is already doing you a favor with the price he is giving you. They are also non-responsive then asking for a receipt for services rendered. I had them do a couple of lawn mowings and a fertilizer treatment for us before we moved out of state: I got the first receipt because I think he thought there would be more business. Then, after the last service, I told him I was moving but needed a receipt for the last lawn mowing and the fertilizer. Never got it. I moved and called for one to be sent. Nothing, I emailed on his website address. Nothing. I called again and again and emailed again and again. Still a big, fat NOTHING. If they can't keep their written promises, they aren't going to do what they say in regards to taking good care of your lawn and your working relationship. Don't bother. You also can't find their address listed anywhere. What does that tell you?
