they are a scam. they charged me for my taxes $500 for a short form and never told me what they were charging me!!! they were dishonest about what i was getting back. they told me i was getting 1374 back and come to find out i was really getting 1878 back. they tried to charge me 500$ for doing my taxes with out telling me. a short form cost about 250 on average and that's still pretty high. they never gave me a receipt. when i confronted them with it they made excuses and told me they would not refund me 200 because it was way over priced. then i was suppose to get 50$ for bringing in a referral and the employee already told me he would mail it to me and after i made a complaint they told me no. the employee called me a liar and i have proof my friend was sitting right next to me when he told me he was going to pay me for the referral. the employee was rude to me and told me i am a liar!!! and then i didn't receive my tax money and the employee named mahammed told me he was glad i didn't receive my tax money and said," bad things happen to bad people." i have never felt so disrespected and taken advantage of in my whole life!!! i didn't get my money till one month later!!!! this place is a scam they dont give receipts and don't tell customer the real tax refund they are getting and just charge whatever they want after the fact. they tell you you are getting an amount when really you are getting way more then they never tell you what they are charging. they make you sign a contract electronically and never show you what you are signing because there side is facing the computer!!! this scam business needs to be shut down before there are more victims!!!!!! read more

Zero Stars, but they get away with one because yelp forces me to....I went in to remove a lien on the Title of a vehicle that I just finish paying off. Lucero the agent that helped me, who also happens to be the "manager", charged $165 for the process. I paid and let her do her thing. When she was done, she handed me some new white plates and tags, mind you my plates were custom black and yellow (and remember, I was only there for a Lien removal) that's when I realized, something had gone terribly wrong!!! I immediately told her, I didn't request new plates or tags and didn't want to surrender my custom plates. She had the audacity to tell me, that I should have let her know that I wanted to keep them, since the process calls for the removal of the old plates. Mind you, she never informed me of such process (which frankly didn't sound right to me). I was not convinced or happy, so I began doing some research. I call other insurance places and I googled DMV processes. Turns out all of this was unnecessary. The fee to remove the lien was $15 plus the agency fee which is typically around $50. I spoke with Lisa, one of the "supervisors", who agreed that it was their mistake, and apologized, but stated she couldn't refund me because the process was already done. I asked them that at the very least they should order new custom plates at no fees to me, she said no and walked away. Bottom line: I went in for a lien removal, ended up paying triple of what I had to pay, had to surrender my custom plates. I just feel very violated and taken advantage of, this is just not right. STAY AWAY! Do not trust them. read more

I had FWY insurance before switching over to monas. My experience wasn't the best and the had cancelled me. Good thing I have the pleasure of knowing itzhel personally.
