Customer service sucks. We went in for a quote to add and remove a car to our policy and everything was going well since the manager melisa was helping us out. Another girl took over and it seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. We were never informed about a second payment that was going to be charged. Melisa gave us a quote that day but now we're being charged for another fee that was not informed to us. I went in person to speak to her but she couldn't assist me because she was eating this happened around 9:00 am . I been trying to reach her over the phone but I can't get a hold of her. That's why I decided to go in person but she couldn't help me out because she was eating breakfast.Very unprofessional. read more

Stay away from Ramon Iniguez and the manager Angel. They are deceitful and dishonest, and will bait and switch you into insurance you did not agree to. They falsify the type of coverage discussed over the phone and fail to disclose the true amount of fees or when those fees will actually be charged. She was extremely helpful when I had a ridiculous situation where my credit union was trying to charge me insurance when I already had it once I got my car. Really bad experience here ' lots of hiding fees lies about "free " road assistance ' you get charged for it and they tell you its free would not recommend this place to anyone' I'm very unsatisfied and I'm making sure if this is an office or company problem. If you are insured by them and have the "free" road assistance call your insurance company directly and ask them your self you'll be surprised. read more
