Ive not had to ever really deal with these people cause my first experience wasn't that great . The lady was rude . Same lady was there yesterday (Karina ) when I decided to run in and make a payment before my shift starts . Well she didn't have change and she said for me to come back tomorrow with exact change . So I did once it opened and another lady was there this time , she charged me a late fee ! When it wasn't my fault they didn't have the correct change . Nor did Karina mention I would be charged a late fee . I think it's BS I had to pay the extra . They need to hire people with better communication skills . And know what they are doing . read more

Called customer service to Quote for my car the guy who answered was friendly but than he transferred me to an agent in this location. At first it went good he gave me a quote but as soon as he found out that I wanted insurance until the end of the month ( when mine expires) he become rude. When he gave me the Quote I said okay thank you I'm going to think about it, he hung up on me!! I'm disappointed in the service this is the type of example on how attitude like that discourages me to utilize customer service and instead do things online. read more
