The pizza is somewhere between thin and thick crust. This is a weigh by the slice-you decide if you want a small rectangle or a half-sheet mega slice. It's all very reasonable. You could also order a whole pie. They have many varieties including plain red sauce with nothing else! We liked boscaiola-mushroom and sausage; funghi Quattro formaggi; capricciosa; margharita; zucchini flower with anchovy. These aren't your standard American pizzas-and most have no red sauce. We enjoyed this and other places' pizzas every night of our Rome visit, but I still prefer American style. I'm a savage in that sense. But in Rome, I'll eat Roman style! read more
