The rep was in the room with me and we had to call the fidelity customer service line. I guess he was good as far as answering questions while in the room. IRA distribution Wells Fargo Advisors didn't send me my IRA distribution as I requested on…read more12/27/2021. After three calls to them they are telling me to fill out a form and send it to the IRS with a note requesting an exemption from the penalty because of Wells Fargo Advisor's negligence. They give worthless apologies as they won't correct their mistakes and are causing me a major problem. They fell apart last year when they got rid of personal advisors and most of them work at home. My personal advisor used to call me about IRA distributions. Please avoid/drop Wells Fargo Advisors.
