Provided great estimate summary and documentation. He was patient with us having some starts and stops in making the decision over a six-month period. Then, when we were ready, he brought out the shingle samples to hold up to the house. We pulled the trigger, he put us on the schedule and bang it was done when he said it would be done. They took off old shingles in one day, then shingled it with architecture grade the next day. Then, gutters on day three and we were done. We have a TRANSFERABLE lifetime materials warrenty with 25 years on parts and labor. So guess what? We ain't worried about the roof. Two other companies either never responded or didn't show up for scheduled estimate and wasted my time. Answered all calls, messages promptly. Arrived on time and gave a professional estimate…read more Scheduled time to start and finish project and adhered to it. Stayed true to the estimate. They do not remove or move the furniture. You are responsible for that. Sanded, stained applied to coats of finish and refinished floors in 2 days. Living room, dining room and kitchen. Everything went fine with only a few snafus that lowered them from a 5 to a 4. These snafus are: 1st day left at lunch w/o letting my husband know they where leaving and actually done for the day. Also left the 2nd day without a good bye either. Would be more professional and courteous to let the homeowners know. Next, they left their garbage by my front door. And they dumped a can of dust debris on my lawn. Lastly they they left the lights on in the rooms. Since I cannot walk on the floors for a day...this did not make me happy. As for the quality of their work I am very happy and the pics show they did do a great job. Without the snafus they would have gotten 5 stars from me. I also would recommend them. My floors look fantastic and like new!
