When the installer team came out, they did not replace the boards and told me new boards were unnecessary. I was still charged for the board replacements anyway. I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

She informed me we don't shave doors down. I responded with I have door all of them work except one. They refuse to rectify the situation. Now im going to fix the closet door and see them in small claims court. Bad thing about it is these Latinos two couldn't speak English. So I know they're illegal. Let me call ICS on this company.
