The way everyone looked at me when I walked in was like I was covered in dogsh*& and smelled just the same. Nobody knew my circumstanses nor did they care. I pulled out my title, my drivers license and started the application. They had me go to my vehicle and they looked it over, had me start the car and drive back and forward. Now mind you, I have a 1995 Chevy Blazer with a few dings and such. I get it. She's an old vehicle. She's been beat (like me, running from an abusive boyfriend, hence, why I SO DESPERATELY NEEDED THIS LOAN). During the paperwork process they get on the phone with their supervisor and are discussing my vehicle. Let's just say that they were not at all professional and made me feel worse than I already did. I didn't ask to get beat and abused, and I needed a way out. That WAS my way out. So needless to say, I walked away feeling battered and bruised AGAIN. They denied my loan and sent me on my way. Last night, he hit me so many times I lost count. I will probably die by the hands of this man. If Loanmax would have given me the loan, I would have been gone to a safe shelter and finaly free of this hell. I am a furloughed government employee and as of this day I am working but still haven't received a pay check. Bellco will not help me with deferring my payment until I get payed with my auto lease. When asked it they will waive my late fee I was told they would have to see. The people I've dealt with are rude and frankly not sure about their job, as I was given inaccurate information and shuffled around to more than one rude pro after another. When I'm done with the current situation I will be looking to transfer my loans to a different credit union.

Recently however I have had to move money in and out a little more frequently, however the account I'm moving to does not support ACH pulls and Solera says they do not send money out via ACH. The only option is to send a wire transfer which I get charged for. They also charge for incoming wire transfers (the only bank in the world I have seen that charges for this). I asked a manager about waiving the wire fee because they provide no option to get money in or out, and they said they can't waive it because I have paid it before. The poor customer service is the high end of the bar for future customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would.
