They called multiple agents to see if the check was fraud and every company they called to verify said it was valid and they ended up saying corporate said they can't cash the check after I had called and asked before I got there to see if we could cash a check over 15,000 and the lady said " we can cash any amount of money here". I really believe this lady should be fired!! She should get help and look for therapy or choose a different job where she doesn't have to deal with clients. I have been conducting business at this branch since it opened a few years ago. About a month ago,…read morewhile making deposits for the company I work for, I was approached by someone from the management team. She asked me to set up night drops and mentioned that I might have noticed they only had one teller on duty. I acknowledged that I had noticed and explained that I would contact my corporate office to see if I could arrange to set it up, but ultimately, that decision was up to corporate, and I wasn't the one who could make that choice. I also pointed out that it was not my fault that they did not have sufficient staff to handle the volume of customers. Since the branch opened, I have observed a significant turnover in staff. It seems they struggle to retain employees and maintain knowledgeable and efficient personnel. On February 19, 2026, I returned to make two deposits and to get change. I was next in line when I approached the teller. She asked me to wait in the lobby, saying someone would assist with my transaction. I patiently waited to be helped, but the teller proceeded to assist three other customers and also helped a merchant customer with their transaction. I am uncertain why this occurred, but I suspect the teller was upset due to our previous conversation about setting up the night drop. We did manage to set up the deposit drop, but I arranged it for the branch in Santee instead. The staff there is much friendlier and more professional. Moving forward, I will choose to visit the Fry's Road location, as they have sufficient staff to accommodate the volume of customers.
