She lets you have time to pay extension on your loan then when you show up she gives you a hard time about your loan crazy they know you are already down on your luck and can scrape up enough gas money to get there. it's been long time since I needed another loan so I called and got the manager remember it's been a long time ok I told her my name and I needed a loan and she said because I gave her a attitude before after she's yelling at me and slamming me for always asking for a attention she tells me I have to ask the owner this place is not a business it's personal so I tell you people go somewhere else read more

Don't be deceived. Took out several payday loans which they always insisted being paid back in the form of cash. Was in hospital as of recent so did not make it in. They however require a check in order to get advance so logic would say come the due date cash the check. Well rather than do such continued harassment several times a day to bring in the CASH. Also purchased Money Orders which we did not need after so brought them in and they refused to take them back. Were nearly out $1000. They do not deserve the single star I posted here. My only complaint is that I can't pay online! Would be so much more convenient! They say they have lower fees, but the catch is having to go out of your way and pay in person for your loan. It also has to be paid in cash- no cards. That's somewhat irritating too. I have a closer loan office near me, which is only a slightly higher fee but I can pay online as soon as I get paid. Would be nice to update their system maybe? The customer service is great though. read more

This review is only for the payday loan side of the business. I have not done any business with the other side of the office. You know that you're in dire straits when you actually have to go to get a payday loan. I understand that these places are just loan sharks except they won't break your ribs if you don't pay up. However, I've been in situations where I had no choice but to find one of these places and it's been a relief to find one. So I went to this location on Christmas Eve to get a payday loan and was helped by the lady who was dressed as though she was going to a raunchy night club. I told her that my next payday was on january 1st. She said that January 1st was a holiday and banks were closed so that I needed to write my check for 12/31/15. I explained to her that usually when a payday falls on a holiday, my direct deposit does post to my bank on the day before, but this time I had been informed by my employer that because payday was in a different tax year, we were not going to have our funds available probably until January 2nd, but that it all depended on our banking institution. So this lady tells me that I still have to write the check for 12/31. I explained the whole thing to her again and she just looks at me with a blank stare. Then she says that they won't deposit the check and that I can come in on Jan 2nd, but I still have to write the check for 12/31. Needless to say, i felt uneasy, but I was almost desperate, so I gave in. The following week, on 12/30, this woman leaves a message on my voicemail to remind me that I owed them money and it was due on 12/31. I call her back, begin to explain the situation, so she asks my name and puts me on hold... For 13 minutes. The last two minutes, someone picked up the line, but didn't say anything and I could hear people talking, but no one could hear me saying hello, then they hung up on me. I call back and start all over again. This woman says to me that she didn't put me on hold... Whatever! Then she proceeds to tell me that I owe them the money and won't let me explain the situation because she keeps talking over me. She keeps saying that my check is for 12/31 and that's when it's due. I tell her that she was ok with my direct deposit situation and of course she couldn't recall. I finally get her to agree for me to come in on Jan 2nd. I know to trust my instincts when it comes to incompetent people, but like I said before, I was in dire straits. I would not recommend this place because aside from the head ache I had to go through, this place gives out a shady vibe and maybe your ribs will get broken if you don't pay up. read more

Sadly to say, but I found this establishment to be very shady meaning deceptive and fraudulent. My first visit with them was very underhanded. I was presented with one of their pamphlets representing one of the finance companies that they work with that provide loans from $300 to $2,500. I told the representative at USA that I would like to apply for the $300.00 loan. I applied and was told that the finance company would call me in 10 minutes to let me know if I qualified. Well, I did get a call but was told that I did not qualify for $2,500 instead of the $300.00 that I was requesting. I told the loan company that I didn't apply for the $2,500 loan but for $300. This inquiry went on my credit report which I did not authorize. I was so upset that USA submitted my request for $2,500.00 instead of $300. By the way, USA made the $300.00 request desirable because I was told that my payments would be under $20.00 a month which would have given me a chance to pay it off in a couple of months. Upon learning that my request was submitted for an amount that I did not authorize, I called USA to let them know that the loan amount that I requested was not correct. USA's response to me was that my $300.00 request was rejected therefore they submitted my loan request for the $2,500. That was a crazy and conflictive response!! I am an African American lady; that does not make me stupid!!! Needless to say, both requests hit my credit report and the transaction with them was totally fraudulent!!! STOP THIS WICKED DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE USA!! YOU NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR SUCH DECEPTIVE AND FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR. I DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE YOU A RATING AT ALL BUT ONE WAS REQUIRED. Horrible customer service, very very unhappy and genuinely disturbed by the unprofessional, rude comments and nonexistent customer service skills. A simple payday loan took 35 min because she simply didn't know what she was doing; horrible customer service and etiquette skills and ZERO professionalism. I would stay away, across the street is MONEYTREE which is worth the fee and wait. While waiting for them to figure out their own process for a payday advance, My very understanding and patient boyfriend happened to be with me, and naturally he was becoming slightly impatient with the situation since something so straight forward and simple (not to mention something this place does all day every day) was taking an extremely long time. The woman actually had the nerve to snap at him; she gave him attitude and told my boyfriend to chill out and work on his patience. We were both flabbergasted and speechless; we are both in the customer service industry and have never been talked to or treated like this by someone else in the customer service industry. The woman was disorganized and all over the place throughout the rest of this awful experience and couldn't seem to figure out which papers she needed me to fill out for my payday loan. When it came time for me to fill out my check, she tried to get me to leave my signed blank check for her to fill out...who in their right mind would trust this moron to correctly write out MY check when they couldn't even gather the right paperwork for me to fill out for something their company does on the daily?! Also when it came time to pay back the advance they continued to call me claiming I was late, however they had my check in their possession, but continued to harass me about being delinquent on my payment..!!!???!! After returning their calls they said the check is for collateral only!! Stating I have to come in and pay in person!! Why did they take my check for a payday loan.????
