This man made me feel like a total failure as a woman and did not think to communicate with me as a married woman, many things that should have been discussed and he made a predetermined decision about who I was based on the questionnaire that you're asked to fill out before you become a patient. I went to this practice because my daughter-in-law had great things to say about the practice because she used them for her prenatal care and delivery of my grand daughter. My rating and review is on the one doctor. I can't say about the rest of the practice because I won't be going back.

She was super knowledgeable, understanding, and so helpful. We went through everything together one by one, and she helped me understand what the best course of action would be for everything I came in for. She made sure that I knew about what I would be billed for and also made sure that I wouldn't get billed anything I didn't know about. She was very personable too. We talked about other things that weren't medical related too, which was a really nice personable touch. She truly made my visit very stress-free. Sabrina was the first nurse I saw who got my vitals and everything. She also assisted with drawing blood too, as well as Morgan (my veins were being quite difficult LOL.) Both of them were great! Super friendly and nice. They weren't mean and they actually cared about my well-being. They've got a great group of people working here at this location!! Kudos to this Wellstar clinic! The front desk receptionists were great too. They were friendly and helped me get my next appointment booked with so much ease. I look forward to coming back here for my next visit!

Yet the office asked her this prior to my scheduling this appt,. now my time was wasted and still have no required signature on my form! SO where does one even go for this. I was treated poorly while having a early miscarriage in February of this year. I was also extremely over medicated for hypothyroidism and 3 different doctors including an endocrinologist and cardiologist have confirmed this. When I started questioning why I was put on the dosage I was, all my records were gone from the online portal and I was sent a letter dismissing me from her care. She's arrogant, cold, rude & I was flat out lied to. I am very lucky and grateful to have found wonderful doctors that care and are straightening things out that should have never been messed up to begin with. Please be careful if you choose this woman as your doctor and please question things.

I understand that doctors get behind, the problem was- no one communicated this to me. I checked after I had been waiting about 20 minutes to make sure I had my appointment time right. That would have been the perfect opportunity to let me know they're running an hour and a half behind. Then, the doctor saw me leaving, said nothing besides "so I'm going to the next room?". The office manager asked if I needed help and I told her I had been waiting an hour and a half and I would like my records. She apologized and that was it. The communication, wait time and lack of concern about a patient leaving the practice shows me exactly how important their patients are.

She helps to assist patient's care givers in many ways. We are so blessed to have Dr. O'Brien as my mother in law family doctor. She is very busy but she takes time to listen our concerns and giving our suggestions. All her Nurses, medical tech and CNA are so friendly and helpful. Same as Office staffs! The lab just next door and it makes the visit easier for elder patient and it saves a lot of time for patient and patient family.
