Arrive 20 min early, and you are treated to a complimentary warm foot soak in the relaxation room. I changed into my robe and waited in the relaxation room before my first service. The massage with May was fantastic. Most Swedish massages are too hard for me, but she has a soft, relaxing technique. I almost fell asleep on the chair, which is the biggest compliment I can give! Highly recommend May. Shortly after my massage, I waited in the relaxation room again for my facial with Mia. Mia also did a great job. My skin was glowing after, and I even purchased her recommended facial oil after. ME Spa is now my go-to place for relaxing in the Simi Valley area.

As of lately, it is very clear the priorities, customer service, and professionalism of the entire business has fell through the roof. I became sick of being upsold, filmed during services, and overall just another number on their calendar. My last straw was coming in for my scheduled appointment and both girls were on their phone. They informed me they are editing an instagram post and that it will only be another minute until they are be able to do my brows. I had not been acknowledged for 15 minutes, so I got up and left because I was going to be late for work. As the only client in the room, not being acknowledged for 15 minutes when there are two people capable of doing my brows sitting on their phones, was honestly so baffling to me. They texted me weeks later with an AI generated apology. As a business who claims to have "top-notch service...and professional atmosphere" (as per their website) this was very classless and ingenuine. Susan even went out of her way to remove me as a follower on her instagram As unfortunate as this is, these few experiences (out of the many) gave me reassurance that my time and money should not be invested into a businesses who doesn't prioritize or value their customers. Second green flag my lashes looked really cute after she was done I got the wet look so worth it. Third green flag My lashes aren't crooked a day later. My last tech for some reason my lashes would flip upside down all the time and it would be really hard to get them to go straight. I'm 4 days in and I haven't had a single problem with them and if I did and I use the brush they flipped right back over. I recommend Cindy also for lashes she knows what she's doing. She's very sweet I love her music taste I'm so happy with finding this place it's literally 25 minutes away from me but I'm willing to drive. Thank you Cindy for my lashes girl!
