And if there's really a distinction between the store and the clinic, I would also suggest that they update their Google business listing to make that distinction. My appointment was at 11:30am and I was 5 min early, but I waited for 40 min before the laser treatment. It's very unfair to punish those who are on time by helping those who are late for their appointment.
