Enjoyed chatting with him while I waited for my pie. The cool came out and let me know that he messed my pizza up and was making it again. Almost made me late for the game but I didn't mind. This turned out to be a place with a full bar, and has a lot more going on. Basically it has a kind of classic hard rock theme with cool artwork. The food rocked too. It has more than just pizza. There's also plenty of appetizers and salads. We got an appetizer to share. It was the Vegan Antipasto. It's about $9 for a bowl full of good stuff. There was hummus along with giardiniera, olives, onions, pitas, spinach, and tomatoes. For the pizza, they have vegan topping choices. They happened to be out of these. Has lots of interesting things to try here. It's certainly the most unique restaurant in town. They have lots of traditional pizzas and have options for vegans and vegetarians.

So we ordered the chicken, bacon ranch sandwich with homemade chips, bbq chicken calzone and our son had the Buffalo Chicken Ranch calzone and a soda The food presentation was fantastic and truly looked delicious. I didn't think the sandwich was something I'd get again. It really didn't have much flavor, as if the chicken wasn't seasoned. Had it been the sandwich may be better. The BBQ chicken calzone though. That was absolutely delicious and when we arrived home we heated that up in the air frier and it was just a delicious. I do recommend check out Sloan's Calzones if your are ever in the area. I explained that we didn't know- I was talked over, and down to. He kept explaining the same thing to me so I said I understood but I still wanted the partial refund. Fist he offered to send a whole new box out to us and TAKE the old one. Which, working fast food I know you don't do. I said no, because it seemed redundant and likely would cost them more in gas, ingredients, etc. he put me on a brief hold, then came back. He said he would "meet me in the middle" and give us $12 back on the card. Which doesn't even cover the big box. I said no, and said "is $21 going to make or break you guys?" He first refused to give me his name- saying it was "none of my business". I explained that I WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE and know that I am allowed his first name (I offered to drive out if needed) he then said his name was Jim, and that he was the manager. I don't believe it strictly because of how absolutely baffled I am by his lack of decorum, his attitude, and the fact he went round and round blaming me for something that I don't know. The person who ordered has now been blocked from the website to order in the future. While we don't remember everything said I'd like to add that I am very rarely rude to workers, because I am a part time service employee and KNOW how hard it is. From jump, Jim was rude and condescending while trying to also tell me that he was "trying to make the customer happy"

I usually love the hot and fresh pizza of Monicals but disappointed today it was not good pizza this time sad to say when ut usually is. I ordered two large 18 inch cheese pizzas. I paid almost $60 for this pizza and it wasn't worth the price. I was told it would be ready by 7:30p, I made it by 7:35-7:40. By the time I made it home the pizza was stale, cheese was very dark with no melt to it, it was hard to chew and it was not hot at all. I am very disappointed in Del Carmens for giving me, what I assume was old pizza that had been sitting there. I expected my pizza to be made as ordered, not leftovers from earlier that day or possibly the day before. I received a coupon for next time, but I will not be visiting this pizza parlor again. It doesn't take pizza that long to cook and for them to give me old pizza was a slap in the face. Del Carmens and the employees need to do a better job of delivering quality food for the prices they charge.
