The atmosphere at the salon feels like family. The owner (the mother) is one of the kindest people I've ever met, and her daughter, Olivia, is the aesthetician who takes care of my eyebrows. Olivia is not only incredibly talented and skilled, but she also takes the time to listen and make adjustments if I ever feel unsure about the color or darkness of my brows. She has a real gift for understanding what her clients truly want--even when we don't explain it perfectly. She helped me even it out dramatically but she suggested then we work on growing it out. So I did. I went back today for another cut and it is flawless. She's so good.
