Do not go here. Sales person Tony was all friendly and nice till I came back to get 100 dollar off…read moremy charge card, because I did not have enough cash to buy flooring. I told him I had to pay cash because i just bought car with car payments, and could do no more payments. He started pushing me to get credit to buy flooring, got real short with me when i said i cant charge anymore. Would not talk to me when had to give deposit back just sign here , very short and rude. Well now when I have enough cash in a year I will never go there for any flooring now, Karens just lost a sale from me because of his unprofessional behavior after I said I have to wait for now.

Very helpful sales staff. We ordered custom carpet for the second floor master suite (it was about…read more330 plus square feet) of our house after ripping up the old, stained 1980's gunk in favor of an upgrade. Karen's incredible sales staff steered us in the right direction and to some very high quality, stain resistant Mohawk carpet in a nice, neutral tone. They even gave us an extra promotional discount and a relatively low ball estimate to install it. They stuck to their low estimate (I believe we paid $800), the carpet was installed quickly and with relative ease. The only minor issue involved a slight ding the installers put into a wall while moving furniture. They offered to run out and buy spackle to fix it, although it would still need painting over. I told them not to bother and just spackled and painted the spot later. No harm, no foul. I've thought about going back since then to look at some of their discounted remnants section to get a small piece of carpet to cover a few steps in my mother-in-law's house. The prices on those remnants, most of which are very high quality options in various odd sizes, are very low and too good to pass up.

Definitely not experts in their field. I ordered, blinds, shades, shutters for my entire home…read more The shutters I wanted were double hung. bottoms can close independently from the top and the top can be left open for air flow with the bottom closed for privacy. The woman who came out to take my order did not understand my request and I got window shutters that were all one piece with just the louvers able to move (there was no separation in the shutters). When I called and spoke to the owner, she understood what I wanted/requested and said since most people don't order that type of shutter her salesperson was unfamiliar with them. In order to resolve the issue, she ordered what I did want, and I had to pay the difference as they were more expensive. No concession was ever made by the owner in terms of customer service or my additional wait. In addition to the shutters being wrong, the shade I ordered for my kitchen window was the wrong size as the salesperson mis-measured. The initial order I made took over 3 months to come in and then I had to wait several more months. No concession was ever made for this either. So finally, the new shutters came in and were hung. They were exactly what I requested except they were cheap quality and there is over a 1 inch vertical gap right down the middle of the shutters. I asked the installer why there was such a large gap, and he blamed it on my window frame and made it obvious he was annoyed with my complaint. I called the owner and sent a picture and told her I was very unhappy. She basically said unless I could send her a picture of what I wanted and had in a previous home she could not help me. She also claimed to have called her manufacturers, and they all said they were unfamiliar with what I wanted. So, the end of the story, no concessions were ever made to me, no money ever refunded and I hate the shutters. I will now need to spend more money to replace the awful shutters that I have on two very large windows. They look absolutely awful.
