I recently purchased an energy capsule that I have always gotten from there. It was melted, it fell apart taking it out of the package. I brought it right back in and she had me open another one before I got another one, we went through a couple packages. The manager and I have always talked, I'm a book keeper for a similar shop in Cincinnati. She knows I would never lie or rip them off, I HAVE SPENT A TON OF MONEY THERE! The next time I got in a open a package of these capsules and hey they were all melted but I just said whatever and grabbed on and gave the melted open ones to the cashier. Next time I go in a I ask the cashier, new manager, whomever TF he is... told me no and he f I open another one in the store I have to purchase it and that it was my fault they were melted. Lol I said ok. Grabbed the cheapest thing, and left. I will never go back in because that is how they treat loyal customers that have spent thousands in there! And it is not worth the negativity ever going back in. I'd rather drive spend more money somewhere else with a more respectful employee. We had a great experience when we visited to try out this new Birthday Bear program. Come in any…read moretime during your child's birth month and you only pay their age. $2 was quite a deal! This covers just the bear, it's stuffing (including the heart) and then a "bath". They do encourage you to record a message on a little device they put in the Bear. This is extra! And obviously all the clothes and accessories are extra. While my little boy didn't quite understand what we were doing at first, he absolutely loved pressing the pedal that makes the stuffing go into the Bear (because pressing buttons is fun!). The stuffing brought the Bear to life for my son, so he was excited to pick out a heart, give it a kiss, have me give it a kiss, too, and put it in the bear's chest. Then it was bath time for the Bear (my son loved the scrubbing brush so much that I think he wanted to keep it lol). At the register I simply had to confirm my account. Easy! And affordable. We'll probably do it again for the baby we're expecting late this year!

She told us to "move" out of the way, to only stand right in front of her, to get out of the way as soon as we paid. I wasn't annoyed at the time but when several of the parents of my guests said something, I felt I needed to write a review. It's one of those dark little vape shops that I try to avoid. I asked for two different strengths of one flavor of juice, neither was in stock. The flavor I had to settle for tastes nothing like it should. The salesperson answered my question about mixing strengths incorrectly (according to another vape shop and Google), and when I asked if their juices could be ordered online she didn't know. I'm giving it two stars because their prices ARE very good, as mentioned in other reviews. But I don't think I will be visiting again any time soon.
