They are unorganized, rude, and never return calls or follow up on anything. Their billing Dept routinely bills me for my copay although I always pay it in the office on the date of the visit. When I question the office, they tell me just to disregard the bill. The absurdity of them paying to send me a statement, then wasting my time trying to get it resolved. I'm done with this office. Turns out I needed antibiotics and urgent care diagnosed me with an outer ear infection and only gave me ear drops, making the problem worse. A few weeks after the infection I woke up in the middle of the night with this horrible pain and ringing in my ear and I lost hearing in one ear for weeks. I went to an ent and got put on antibiotics and had to keep seeing him for a few months to get my hearing back in that ear. But there have been times when family first urgent care has been great. I would say if you're going for a standard test, like a strep test or something or if it's a Saturday or Sunday and no one else is open and you're desperate, then they're fine.

I hurt my hand over a month ago and I had been delaying having someone look at it. My primary care does not have the tools to do so and an ER seemed way to extreme. Upon entering the Family First Urgent Care I was pleasantly surprised. The inside is gorgeous, clean, and vey welcoming. I explained to the front desk attendant my situation and that I also had no experience with a walk-in clinic. She explained everything to me and gave me some paperwork to fill out. It was a Thursday evening and I was one of only 3 people there. After filling out my paperwork I waited about 10 minutes until a nurse retrieved me. The nurse brought me into a super clean and nice patient room he asked me some questions and was extremely nice and comfortable to talk to. After the doctor came in and spoke to me and ran some tests. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Overall, I am so glad I know of this place. It is close to my home, it was super clean and nice. The attendance, nurse, and doctor were all extremely nice and easy to talk to. I didn't have to wait long and the whole experience definitely changed my perspective of a walk-in.

The doctor and his medical assistant took remarkable care of me, and frankly may have saved my life again. In any case they provided amazing, compassionate care of the sort that's often all too hard to find elsewhere.
