Frequent this location 4-6 times a month I do remember these…read morelocations are set up to raise funds not be the answer to all of our needs The staff are dedicated professionals and help me find or at least offer suggestions in order to sell for non-profit all there goods Clothing furniture tools plumbing widgets lighting kitchen cabinets etc. All what is in the store is donated and are usually discontinued or left over items from local businesses , I have made hundreds of dollars worth of purchases and have been served by the staff professionally and courteously I am very thankful they are there it helps me a lot as I am on a tight budget , have had no problems with anything I have purchased there .and it makes me feel good to help others by purchasing items need Thank you

I'm a big fan of recycling and keeping things out of the land fill…read moreThis store is the worst store i have ever been to , and believe me i have been to a lot. Pricing is outrages , was looking for tiles for my bathroom and went there looking. Great found some and the qty i required , as i have been to other stores they price tiles by the box if there is a full box. Most i have paid a box is $10.00 . So i ask one of the employees could i get a box price and was rudely told NO we sell by the tile . Which they wanted .79 per tile , are you kidding me i can get them at the big box stores for the same price. And these were not fancy tiles at all so they lost out on a $60.00 sale . I would not recommend this store to anybody over priced and rude staff.

First time today going here (ever) after couple of gov. imposed lockdowns since it opened around…read morethe same time last year My impression of this store was that it was quiet, organized, the people working there were nice and there were a lot of stuff to choose from. In the aisles, the items were organized based on what they were while the at the ends of the aisles (the side near the clothing) were organized by colour. The prices seemed to be lower than the couple of thrift stores I have been to. They don't calculate taxes on what you are getting so if you spend $5, you will pay $5 which was a shock to me (in a good way). I will probably here many more time in the future. I would totally recommend coming here.

*Rating only for the Donation Centre*…read more The Donation Centre at this Goodwill location is great! This plaza gets pretty busy and parking seemed to be packed but if you're looking for the Donation Centre, it is located on the right side, where there is additional parking. There is also a curbside area with signage directing you to pull up to for drop-offs, there's no need to park. At a glance, the Donation Centre looks to be very clean and organized. There is a large door open on the side of the building for donation drop-offs. We were told to leave our donations in the doorway, and the staff will later retrieve and sort through them. They operate with contactless donations - how convenient! Goodwill works with organizations that provide assistance to those with barriers seeking employment and upgrading their skills. What doesn't get sold in their stores, gets rotated to other locations, to Goodwill outlets, then sent to textile factories to be upcycled and repurposed. If you're looking to donate your items, please support non-profit places like Goodwill, rather than for-profit businesses in the area like Value Village and Talize.

Of the three visits, two took place during the winter and I want to share how well planned, engaging, and experienced filled the outdoor events were. There is a great variety of activities for various outdoor climates such as horse riding, skating, snowshoeing, archery, the big swing, etc. Agatha (Aggie) coordinates and leads the programming. She does an amazing job organizing the day for students filled with a variety of engaging activities where the students are experiencing a great variety of outdoor experiences throughout the day. I want to add that Aggie has a great passion about outdoor education and to have a leader like Aggie lead the way for a group of students and teachers is amazing as she has a great way of captivating the students and leading them to their next part of the day whether its their next meal or activity. I spent all three of my visits in the carriage house, I want to say that it is a great clean accommodation for the students and staff with two floors of accommodations and a common room upstairs for activities. Teen Ranch also has an amazing and very friendly kitchen staff that always cook up great food, during my stays I got to enjoy the breakfast lunch dinner as well as the evening snack and I will emphasize that no one will go hungry while visiting Teen Ranch. Teen Ranch, I want to thank you for being an inspiring place that educates many people everyday on outdoor education and playing a key role in instilling key values within our students and all that come to visit. I recommend any that any intermediate group of students as well as high school groups come visit Teen Ranch. If you are someone in charge of a group and want to coordinate a good team building event, I would highly suggest you contact Teen Ranch if they are able to accommodate your group.
