I took one look at their beautiful work on their roof and told them to give me his contact info. Once Chris called me back he made the process a no stress process. He even helped with choice color by suggesting colors and was very patient when it took us forever to pick a color. We were so excited to get a new roof and him and his team did not disappoint the day of install. They even helped putting a new roof on my shed as well. He was great at keeping in touch and great for returning our phone calls and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. They could've easily put it in front of the people's house who were getting A SERVICE DONE. NOT only was it right in front of our house it was parked inches away from the driveway making it hard to pull in. AND since they were parked in front of our house, they walked across our lawn MULTIPLE times. My mom said to the crew "are you going to be done today? Your trailer makes it hard to get out of the drive way." Their response was "yep!" And when the crew was gone- the trailer was not. Also, scraps from the job fell into our yard which is understandable because it was windy but the scraps were left there, we were home with windows open so they could've asked/ told us they were coming into our yard to pick scraps up. During their time working on the roof, I heard more F bombs in a day, than my lifetime.

Also, the estimator (whom I believe was the owner's son) was very kind and available to answer all our questions, without any condescension or indifference. After the install, which took about 1-1/2 days, there were a few items I had mentioned that were overlooked, and when I contacted the owner, instead of being met with indignation (as I expected), I was met with compassion and understanding. The items were remedied within a few days. Everything looks great! No more leaking roof. -------------------------------------- On a side note, my neighbor (weeks later) said she saw many nails in her driveway, and when she said something to the workers, they were really rude. She said the next day there were food rappers and more nails in her yard/driveway, and said she ended up with a roof nail in her tire with a flat. I emphatically apologized to her but there wasn't much more I could do. I also later found 2 cigarettes (one smoked and the other whole) in my attic, and have found nails here and there for weeks now. For these last few reasons, I could not offer a 5-star rating, and almost put 3 stars, but 3 would not be indicative of the overall quality, which is more important to me from a roofer than attitude--though if everyone had an attitude similar to the owner's son, 5 stars would be an easy rank. Overall, the experience was good, but not great, though I would recommend them over others. I would only advise that every detail be written down, and that the owners have a little more oversight on their daily crews, just for quality (and attitude) control.

Four weeks after the quote and we still had no communication with this company unless we called ourselves, and even then we got the voicemail 9 times out of 10. When someone did answer, they gave us a new excuse every time. Apparently our job wasn't worth the money, and instead of canceling on us or keeping their word they just ghosted us. Our roof could've been fixed much sooner with the company we actually went with in the end and it would've prevented further damage. Shame on these guys.
